I called mitchell pest service to treat and remove a basketball size Hornets nest, when first technician came out he said oh this is pretty active we will spray come back next week to retreat and remove, they came back 6 days later opened up the nest more and sprayed again not at all removing the nest. Just called again because even more active now and they are just rebuilding the nest and the lady says we come out one time and then do a follow up and we wait for the homeowner to call if there

I have been a customer for some time. I was scheduled for my regular house appointment but called due to an noise I heard in the attic. When the guys arrived, they didn’t have proper equipment. No worries, they called someone else to come and help and they were here within a reasonable time. This would be the 2nd attempt to come and fix the issue, after my first service with them they came and sealed up the inside but also stated he had some work to do on the outside. On 5/23 at the time I was current customer on their monthly pest control program…I called in to have a rodent removed, that trap they set did not properly kill the animal, I spoke with Tom Carson the manager and he informed me that we have no one to come and get the animal but that I SHOULD EXECUTE THE ANIMAL myself, and then listed off different vile and cruel ways I could do so!!! I immediately cancelled my contract with them and would never use this company again.
