I called tons of pest control companies before choosing Talent. Their prices are extremely competitive and on some services cheaper than the next. The online portal allows me to see exactly what the service tech did and what issues they saw, because they upload pictures what they observed. Customer is unmatched. I prefer text communication and they are extremely responseive. I am very pleased with the service. I do general pest control, mosquito treatments, and rodents.

Whoever the driver of this truck is reckless! I watched him, change lanes erratically, easily 20+ mph over the speed limit, aggressive acceleration and following way to closely. December 11, 2025. 4:27 pm on the MLK express headed towards the downtown tunnel! Very unprofessional, would never recommended this company based off that alone.

Tenants moved all from cabinets waited all morning to be told the service guy knocked w no answer no call just left at the very least no attempt at all to communicate not being able to get in. Then told it would be 3 days b 4 they could make it back. Not happy

Update To my surprise, I received a call from the owner of Talent Pest Control regarding my concerns and I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for his prompt response and willingness to remedy this matter expeditiously. Although I was hoping to get this matter resolved this week, their next available appointment isn't until June the 4th so I'll have to wait patiently. I will update this review once the matter has been fully resolved. Thank you Nathan for your phone call. Original Message Generally I do not provide negative reviews unless I feel taken advantage of which is the case in this situation. In July 2024 during my home purchasing process Talent noted high humidity, fungus , and missing vapor barrier in a certain area of the crawl. I'n order to obtain a letter of clearance the previous owner paid for fungus treatment only and a clearance letter was obtained. As the new owner, I obtained the existing warranty. Now in May of 2025 less than a year later, I am selling the house and using Talent Pest control again ; however, they are unwilling to provide a closing clearance letter noting again high humidity, fungus, and vapor barrier needs addressing for $1600.00.The only difference between last year and this year is a change in ownership . The crawlspace condition hasn't changed only the owner (previously male owner vs current female owner). Based on my research, this company is known for their accuracy , service , honesty and Integrity, but unfortunately I beg to differ. I feel they are ripping me off and lacking honesty and integrity in this particular situation. I will not be using this company again and definitely would not recommend them due to this unfortunate situation. I would appreciate if Talent Pest Control could rectify this situation , but I'm not counting on it.

Definite lack of customer service, Careful cancelling with them. Called to ask why nobody has been out to check traps was told I wasn’t due till the following month which was not the case it was supposed to be monthly. The woman proceeded to argue with me. To which I responded I would like to cancel then was hung up on. We also paid to have crawl space vents repaired and they left two of the seven unfinished. Did not see a difference in pest around our home. Steer clear find a more dependable company with better customer service.

Technician did not know he was here for. Came unprepared to do the job. He was also late. The job was to spray for fungi, which this company did just last fall.

We were with Weston, since talent took over, the quality has gone down dramatically. They only did a third of the home each time they came, had to call them back. I had to call today to cancel my quarterly service.

honestly, I saw the termite traps around my house but cannot confirm whether they did anything or not over the past year. the traps were left unattended except for one revision at the 6 month mark and again at time for renewal. I still have plenty of ants at the front porch so I am guessing that was not what the traps were for, even though that was the main issue. when we decided not to renew, the person took the traps but left the disturbed dirt all over and gaping holes. If the traps are actually useful, I’ll buy them directly rather than pay to poke and forget. I am renting so I can only vouch for my impression of the service and lack of action from their (lack of) visits. No idea of the cost, but from what I have seen, I cannot say it would even be worth it. I have been controlling the bugs myself and that seems to have worked better. maybe their strength lies elsewhere.

David, thanks so much for the honest feedback. The stations around your house are Sentricon termite baiting stations, and you are correct, they do not affect ants in any way. These were installed around the property as part of the most recent real estate transaction due to the presence of termites being discovered at the time of inspection. The stations are designed to need monitoring only one time per year, however in this case we monitored every 6 months. <br><br>Unfortunately the stations are owned by Sentricon directly and when a customer decides not to renew, we are required to remove the stations. We try to return the soil to its original condition, however I apologize since this was not the case in your situation. <br><br>Our General Manager will be reaching out this morning to follow-up and see if we are able to provide a solution to fixing the holes in the lawn. <br><br>Again, thank you for your honest feedback. I had a platinum subscription with them that included regular visits to spray inside and outside the home for mosquitoes. They only performed this service once out of four months. They exhibited poor communication as they never contacted me to say they were not arriving or to reschedule. I do not recommend if you live in a different city than them, because they will not show up.
