A truly disrespectful company. The first I have ever heard of these people a representative came to my door completely ignoring the NO SOLISITING, DO NOT KNOCK, DO NOT RING BELL sign. How could I consider doing business with someone that has so little respect for a simple request to be left alone you know the will have no respect for anything else you may want or need. I would never recommend these people. So now you want to respond, I have a ring camera video of your representative driving one of your vehicles and they left a package with your company's information as well as a hat. Stop trying to pretend it wasn't you. Even the person I spoke with on the phone admitted it was you. More lies just make you look worse.

My tech Lenny Wolfe was very professional he explained everything as he went along as to what he was doing and what each product was taken care of he seems very knowledgeable in the business of extermination I would only want him to come out every single time if possible

I did not get service from this company but they had a person knock on my door at 9pm on a door to door sales mission. The person was sarcastic and didn’t seem to understand that knocking on doors at 9pm isn’t a good idea. My daughter was scared and I will never use this company

Cheaper is not always better…. Switched for a better price and ended up having several issues with pests and mosquitos despite several repeat visits. Great customer service

Marketing that I would call straight-up harassment... I have told them in person and at least 4 times on the phone that I am not interested, have never been interested. Last time they called, I called back and told them to remove me from their list and they called me back two minutes later from another number! At this point, you've pissed me off- even if I needed pest control, I would NEVER use you, reccomend you, reach out to you... you obviously have zero respect for people's wishes.

The technicians at Sage are always friendly and get their job completed quickly. I am a customer for both pest control and termite management and the annual cost has been between $700-800 (2025).

The gentleman that came out today was very respectful, courteous, and he gave us very informative information as to what he was doing today. He left us with information as to what we need to do next because we had a lot going on in our home today. We are waiting for a call for service to finish what he could not do today due to things we had going on. All in all, you should give him a promotion. Service was Exemplary!
