Review for Mayer who bought Reliance….Run the opposite direction!This company is awful! I have been with Reliance Pest for 17+ years on both my personal property as well as my rentals. Very happy customer. Then this company takes over and what a racket!!! Reliance had my credit card on file. They never had to come on my home I only ever had them treat outside and under the crawl space so I didn’t have to be home to have service. This company I received 1 text from this new company 1 in the month of August saying they did my service. Then they canceled me…the same month! Being that I had things set up to be automatic I didn’t even notice that my service was canceled. So I call and find out not only had they canceled me but they then wanted to charge me almost $500 to reinstate my service! When I called I spoke with Alexis who was immediately rude with zero effective communication skills. I was transferred to management and it was not much better. She told me they have the right to cancel service if they don’t receive feedback. No care for the costumer at all! So if you are looking for a company to patron who wants to provide good service and make it easy on you this is not the one!

Those people would be dangerous if they had a little customer service sense. Don’t bother, they don’t value customers and obviously don’t need your business. Despite my husband and I being loyal customers for close to 10years, we were treated badly, lied to and when we raised concerns and disputed a bill, no room for negotiation or even discussion!!! Bad business practices...

Rob was very friendly and informative of what he found. I have been using this company for about 8 years and I have been pleased with them.

We have been a customer since 2009. Our technician retired so a new technician was assigned to the Windsor area. It would take our previous technician approximately 45 minutes to do our inspection outside and inside. The new technician does the outside and inside inspection in approximately 15-20 minutes. He comes in our house with no shoe coverings after inspecting under our house where the previous technician never stepped in our house without putting on shoe covers and coveralls before going under house. Ive never seen the new technician put on a pair of coveralls. Also if we had a problem with ants, our previous technician would go outside and find out where they were coming in at and put down some chemicals. The new technician was informed we had ants and we were just given bait traps to put on our kitchen counter that we could have bought from Lowe’s. Once he leaves, I have to go around the inside of our house snd wipe up the floor and the baseboards because there are puddles on our floor and the chemical is running down the baseboards. I have almost slipped a couple of times on the floor due to the puddles of chemical left on our floor. Also, I have to wipe off the bottom of the cabinets because the chemical is running down the cabinets. I have had to wash curtains because our curtains were also sprayed and the things in our laundry basket was sprayed as well. Numerous calls have been placed to the service manager and owner informing them of this unsatisfactory service we were not happy with. Pictures were sent to the owner in the past and he stated that the chemical should not be sprayed that heavy. We asked that Reliance does not send that technician back to our house. My husband was told the beginning of this week that they were working on rearranging some of the technicians schedules so they could send another technician out which he has been to our home before and did an awesome job. However, today my husband received a call stating they have decided not to send another technician out to do our inspection and that the technician that sprays everything is the one for our area. I would not recommend this company because obviously they don’t care about their customers and they continue to condone the way the technician comes into your house with no shoe covers and the way he sprays everything even the things on the floor or close to the floor. They do not take the customers complaints serious at all nor do they try to rectify the situation.
