This company is the absolute best. Richard and Andre have handled ants, spiders, and roof rats in my home in the past two years. They are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The fact the rates are great is just the icing on the cake.

This review is long over do! My family has been receiving services from Precision Pest Management for two years. We reached out when we started seeing roaches around our home and recently we had a rat issue. (I promise you, we are clean people!) Richard is very responsive, knowledgeable with his skillset, and easy to talk to. Andre is very nice, thorough, and down to earth. He shares interesting facts about various pests. I trust Precision Pest Management and I would highly recommend.

100% recommend precision pest management. I had a wasp nest that was high up near the roof right in my front door area. They were able to come the next day to take care of it so now my kids can go in and out safely.

In an age where customer service is virtually dead, I have had the BEST experience with Precision Pest Management! He knew exactly how to address the issues in my new house, was affordable, and truly available for questions after he left. The guy who regularly comes, Andre, is awesome! He knows what he's doing, pays attention to detail. We have small gardens for pollinators, and 3 kittens inside, I needed to understand how we could keep bugs out without harming the balance. Andre had questions answered before I even asked. I'm truly glad I found these guys! Don't waste your time going elsewhere🙂

The exterminator came on time, was knowledgeable, and showed me where the pests were getting in. BUT he exaggerated how bad the problem was to try to get our business (as you can see they are a very small business) and overstated the issue (basically lying). The quote that they gave me was also very expensive. I got a second opinion from another company (bigger business) who did a more thorough walk thru and informed me that the first opinion I received (from Precision) was exaggerated. The pest problem was not as bad as how Precision made me think. And the second company was able to do my quote and handle my issue the same day.

Six Stars for Precision Pest Management without Hesitation! They are too good to be true based on years of experience working directly with ownership. The value of the work exceeds the price you are invoiced. I was referred to Precision Pest Management by those in the industry who impressed me at "that" time. I am a customer for dozens of reasons, and ownership is salt of the earth. I count on Precision Pest Management for my rental properties, business operations, and home. I target preventative treatments, and they work! I would challenge any service provider in this space to surpass Precision Pest Management in attention, execution, effectiveness, and costs. If they raised prices tomorrow, you would still achieve the value mentioned herein.
