Devon came out for our pest control and honestly did an amazing job. From the moment he arrived he was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he found, what he was treating, and what we could do to prevent issues in the future. What really stood out was how thorough and efficient he was. He didn’t rush through the job, but he worked quickly and made sure every area that could be a problem was checked and treated. He even went above and beyond by pointing out a few spots around the house we hadn’t noticed that could attract pests. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about doing the job right. Devon made the whole experience stress-free and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone needing pest control.

Choosing Mosquito Squad was one of the best decisions I have made this year. I am able to enjoy my yard and be outside without being eaten alive. Mosquito Squad is a very good company and their technicians are very respectful Cam did my service today and did an excellent job.

Great company! The treatment has been much more effective than I expected and plan to use them each year going forward. The technicians are so very friendly and talk to you before starting in case there are any changes. The service is just exceptional in all aspects.

They have one employee Devon that consistently does not spray my property as well as other employees. You should avoid him working on your property in my opinion.

I'm extremely disappointed with Mosquito Squad. While their mosquito treatment may be effective, their repeated negligence with our gate has created a dangerous situation. On multiple occasions, they've left our gate open or ajar. Tonight, this carelessness resulted in our dog escaping. Thankfully, we found her safe, but this could have had a tragic outcome. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a serious safety issue. I cannot recommend a service that shows such disregard for our property and the safety of our pets. One star is too generous. Update/edit: we are customers. The name is under Culbreth. We are in great bridge. I will not remove because this is something folks should be aware of.

I don't understand the high rating. Its a good sevice but you have to watch employees because they don't have always hit all the areas in your backyard or front yard. They usually try to do a quick pass and try to leave. Make sure they are getting into the areas that have lots of trees or dark corners by poeches otherwise they will have to come back

We have just been cancelled by mosquito squad because they did not want to provide customer service. The only request we consistently made was to have the service tech ring our doorbell and wait until we answer the door (as my wife works from home) to let us know they had arrived. We have 2 large dogs and have a dog door that allows them constant access to our backyard. The spray they use can be harmful to dogs and they recommend that you keep your dogs off the lawn, or sprayed area, for at least 30 minutes. Time after time the tech would ring the bell and get right to work. They couldn't wait 15-30 seconds for my wife to get to the door so she could close off the dog door. After multiple calls to the office making this simple request it never happened. The woman, Emily, who spoke to my wife kept stopping her from talking and telling my wife all the things that they were doing (emails, notifications etc) letting us know that they were coming. We agreed, all that was good, we just alway had 1 request - please wait at the door so we know you are here so we can close the dog door. IT NEVER HAPPENED. For that reason, we were deemed unreasonable and have been cancelled from their service. I have already booked an appointment with a competitor and explained this experience with them and they assured me that would not be an issue. Just sharing my experience. You get to decide if you want to work with them.

Maybe it works for some people but for me it did not make any noticeable difference other then to my bank account. The fly treatment is a complete waste of money. I guess if you could get all your neighbors to also get the treatment it might work but other then that no good. I don't recommend and I would never pay for the service again.

Was very excited to use this company for my mosquito treatment this year. On the second visit I came home and found an obnoxious sign in my yard that they placed advertising their business. They did not ask me to put the sign in the yard nor was it agreed to before they did it. It was not a little sign but it was a very large sign the size of a political candidate sign. When I complained to the company about this they said it was their corporate policy to place the signs in peoples yards. Upon hearing that I canceled my service with them. I find it offensive that a company would think it is appropriate to put a large advertising sign in my yard without my consent. A sign that is totally free advertising for them intended to target my neighbors business. Then upon learning of my complaint to rebuff that by saying it’s corporate policy is completely unacceptable. Whether or not the company is good at treating mosquitoes is unknown to me. If a company wants my neighbors business they should just do a good job and let word of mouth get them more business. Hopefully they change their “corporate policy” and don’t use their customers property as a free place to advertise. Be aware that if you do business with them you should expect a large sign to be placed in your yard without your consent.

Mosquito Squad Our experience with Mosquito Squad has been a disappointment. The first couple times they sprayed the entire yard (under 0.25 acre) which worked great. We expected they would spray the same way every time since they charge you based on the size of the property. WRONG! We noticed over the last two months after treatments we were getting mosquito bites everywhere once outside for a short period. We even called them to come back out. The last time they sprayed the yard, I luckily was off work to witness the guy spray only around the house and take off after about two minutes. The contractor who was working outside said how little he sprayed. I, of course, called Mosquito Squad and told them what happened and they sent the “expert” back who stated that they don’t typically spray the yard. That was baffling since they charge by the size of your property. The irritated employee sprayed the front yard poorly and took off missing my entire backyard. Interesting enough a couple of days later we found an infestation in the yard along the fence line two days later; explaining why we couldn’t be outside. I murdered thousands of mosquitos myself with a spray bottle. Save the $45 they charge and do it yourself with a couple of bottles in 10 minutes with better results. We can’t take off work to make sure we can trust them to spray our entire yard. Other complaints: They frequently don’t answer their phones during regular business hours. They stick huge mosquito squad signs in your yard without asking first.
