I was very disappointed today with me service. The technician started at 1200 pm and pulled out of my driveway at 1208pm. I can not believe that he completely did my property in that short of time. I asked him and he said he did it all. Does this sound right to you?

We do have another service option that treats your entire grass, which we can speak with you about if you'd like to give us a call. We've been using MoJo for several years. The bimonthly sprays are good in our heavily treed/shrubbed yard, but we also purchased a LIV+ system for our outdoor patio. It has been just what the doctor ordered! They've been wonderful to work with and always very responsive when you need them.

First application lasted maybe 17 days. Second application, I was attacked by several mosquitoes the same after, next day only a couple, third day none. Still early in the game trying to navigate the usefulness of it. Over all, it works.

Got a flyer in the mail, so gave them a try. Came out twice in 2 weeks. We got bit so much afterwards. Went back to our former company. First treatment, no more mosquitoes!! So, I would NOT recommend Mosquito Joe's.

I sold my house there a year and a half ago and apparently they are still spraying the yard and sending me a bill after I called and cancelled this twice. They did the same thing last year. FYI they are now illegally trespassing on someone’s yard and spraying chemicals; these people may or may not even want the chemicals on their yard. Fix your system mojo. You guys are messed up!

Dear Paul, we apologize that we didn't respond to this in a more timely manner. Google reviews were not fully functioning and your concern was just posted to our page. We looked at our records and found that the last service at your former property was in April of 2019. The account was closed in May of 2019 and the remaining balance on the account was for two treatments, March and April of that year. Early in 2020, we sent statements to all the accounts that still had a balance from the previous season. When you recently emailed us at the beginning of April, we removed the charges from your account and we hoped that this would help. Please let us know if there are any questions, or if there is anything else that we can do to help you. I will say the product is "5 Stars" but the customer service is "no Stars." Horrible communication between the handlers and the folks that spray. Used their service for two years and finally got fed up with them doing "drive-by" sprays. I called customer service almost a dozen times and eventually ended up with a Manager and still....the handler and the folks spraying are on two different pages. They were always quick to charge my AmEX but extremely slow with customer satisfaction.

Last year I only got Mosquito Authority which I was happy with. This year I decided to try out Mosquito Joe, who unfortunately didn't quite deliver. Although they are on prompt, and checked in before spraying, they did not spray the whole perimeter as expected. I was disappointed as a lot of mosquitoes have bit us since. Maybe I was just the only ineffective spray but it was enough to not make me come back. When I tried expressing my concern they came up with excuses. I'm sorry but I have gotten services before that were much more effective.

We do try to help new clients understand that beginning treatment during this part of the season when mosquito populations are at their worst, it can take all three treatments to gain control over the problem. However, if you do give it those three sprays, we find you can enjoy around 95% containment. We apologize if this was not explained. Beware of Mosquito Joe I cannot attest to the services that they offer for mosquito control, but I can say that they will create accounts without authorization and will bill you for services that you did not authorize. Then, they will tell you that they can prove they had technicians on your property to provide services by reading dates off of their computer system, but cannot provide any proof that you authorized the service or actually spoke with any of their representatives. And, even though you have a locked gate, they will claim to have sprayed your property. Beware! Apparently all they need is your name and address and they can say they serviced your property, bill you, and then send (or threaten to send) you to collections leaving you to fight the unjust charges to keep them off of your credit report.
