I had a termite inspection done (inside and outside). The technician seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. He also provided me with the pricing, though I personally found it a bit on the higher side. One thing I really didn’t like was that he walked around the house in his shoes, which had visible mud marks. He did remove them when I asked, but I think wearing shoe covers should be standard and more professional. Also, I’m not sure where he parked since he just walked up to
