Jace Carter is very professional, friendly and conscientious. I believe Jace did a great job performing our annual termite inspection.

This is a Very courteous and thorough company. This time I had termite bait traps installed by Donald James. My interior house ant problems have been solved by Mr James, as well, since he has been servicing us during the past few years.

Donald was polite and quick, yet thorough. I would highly recommend.

Crystal Snyder did an excellent job treating our house for ants. It's a pleasure having her take care of our problem. She's very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Very unprofessional walked in my house spent 3 min inside then went outside I thought he would come back in to let me know what he had done outside he just left after about 2 min. Did not seem him walk.around the perimeter of my house to check for wasp or spray the outside. I had 2 small kids in the house so could not go out to see what he was doing in that short amount of time I am sure it was nothing. The worst technician they have ever sent. 5 min cost $130 complete rip off. Thanks Diamond exterminator for the crappie service at an exorbitant price.

felt pressured to accept this termite service/coverage due to new policy. The termite traps size, location were not explained prior to installation. There are a number of the traps that are located in heavy traffic walkeays.

Upon meeting complained about it being hot which I fully understand working in the heat, but part if what we take on as a worker. 300 dollars gets me less then a hour of service not what I was expecting. Most likely will not use yalls service after the year is up. Always believe in giving second chances but failed on both to me. In previous notes each trap is marked so dont understand why traps would be hard to find. Again 300 a year for 45 mins of service doesn't seem right to me at all.

There are few positive things about our experience with Diamond Exterminators, one of which being their promptness and the other their uncanny ability to fire off a combative email. Everything else was not only below industry standard, but absolutely exhausting to deal with. We called specifically to treat a sudden and very weird intrusion of palmetto bugs. They sprayed the outer perimeter of the house, peeked into the attic and said it was all clear, and left. “I’ll spray but it’s up to you to figure out how they’re getting in,” the technician said. We spent the next month redoing weather stripping, sealing any gaps in the siding, excavating the yard, installing French drains, sealing any cracks, and replacing mesh screens on exhaust vents to little improvement. We called again for more aggressive treatment and guidance. The tech then sprayed the inside of the house and left. We wound up taking a neighbor’s suggestion in May to call a more thorough exterminator who would really examine the property. In one visit, he identified and fixed the problem (gap between water line and drywall). A couple of days ago, Diamond called to schedule their next service in July. We informed them we wanted to cancel, and they tried to tell us we weren’t allowed? First, Kathy quoted over the phone that we needed to give them 60 days cancellation notice (you don’t unless it’s under the termite contract), and required us to write an email. We sent about 6 emails back and forth explaining that we were no longer interested and would not need the service. Every response was her insisting we had to have it; no avenue for cancellation, no apology, just the threat of some guy coming to my house and charging me for a job poorly done. Finally we pulled up the contract, BCC’d our lawyer, and pointed out that we were well within our rights to cancel. Haven’t heard back since. Extremely predatory and incompetent service. Poor business acumen. I’ve had an easier time cancelling shady gym memberships in the 90s.

Totally blew it on the inspection of my wife's old house.. They said we didn't have termites....turns out we did a week later. They sprayed the house but termites still in crawl. They returned to do it again. No issues now. Can't get past that they inspected and said no termites......that's the main point of the business. Is what it is

Pricey but seem good at their job.

I do not recommend this company for a home inspection. We had an inspection done we had no termites and they would not give us are report unless we showed proof we had treatment, which we did, then the story changed to they needed to know what chemical was used. From my wife they were not so pleasant to work with, especially the general manager. He told my wife we had no termites and then told me we did have termites. Also told my wife we would not get are inspection report unless we get the termite treatment that we didn’t need. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of my wife and our situation. I can’t rate them on any other service, but if any of there service is like the one we had, I would and will not go with this company.

They did the inspection for a home I was interested in buying and told me there was no termites so I bought the home they came back out for another inspection and found termites now they want me to pay for the mistake they made

just bought a new house and they said we have no termites. first week in and an orkin pest control guy finds termite activity! and he wasnt even looking for termites i hired him for roaches.
