Accurid Pest Solutions Inc. - Virginia Beach

I have to give them one star. I've been doing business & getting services with Accurid for years. They've recently implemented an automated system that generates appointments, but they NEVER keep them. There is no number to call that a person actually answers to resolve their shortcomings when it comes to business. I'm very disappointed. I may be taking my business elsewhere. I'm hoping that their manager views this review & start turning things around for the better. Advice....GET NEW MANAGEMENT!

Awesome company!! I highly recommend!! I was scheduled immediately and quickly! Pricing is awesome and reasonable! I spoke with Dennis on the phone who scheduled me right away and answered all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable ! D’Vonte was my technician. He was thorough and kind and ensured all paperwork was done accurately. The main things that made this company stand out - efficiency, kind and courteous, my technician showed up early!!!(which was great!!), knowledgeable, scheduling is quick and convenient as well as flexible!! If you need pest solution… go here!!

I had Timothy come out today for a basic inspection and pest prevention and was very pleased. He did a great and thorough job making sure all areas were covered and making sure the interior and exterior were treated. Customer service was great.
