SCAMMER Not even one Star.... Technician during inspection told us we have carpenter ants and he insistent to set a bunch of temite Bait stations around the house "he know we don't need them". He fool us to sign with them contract $1450 none refunduble for inital pest control bundle. He try to Scam us more and told us we need to change the insulation in Attic " the Roof is new; 2 years only" It's been four months and everything going worst. I canceled my Terminix agreement 3 months early after multiple complaints. In one instance, I received a notification that my technician was on route to my home. About 30 minutes later, I received another notification that the service was now completed. I was home the entire time and no technician ever showed up.
