Dazman stopped by today for my quarterly pest control service. He was friendly, efficient, personable, thorough, and professional, and he even updated me twice on his potential arrival time (as opposed to some businesses who provide an 8-hour window and don't let you know when they really are on their way). I hope he becomes my regular quarterly service person!

Corey was very Professional & did a through examination of my basement & family room. He determined where mice seem to be & treated the areas. I appreciate his knowledge. He explained everything. I’m happy with his service. I especially appreciate that he place the bait stations outside around my house. Hopefully, all critters will stay away.

Fox Pest control is a great company. They came two weeks ago to treat the outside of my home and then I discovered ants on the inside of my home. I called them right away and they were able to come by for another treatment the very next day. Special thanks to Corey who performed both treatments. Thank you.

Wanted treatment for mice in the attic , they came without all the materials and then said they don’t walk across the attic floor and only put traps near the entrance . But 2 days later they did walk across just to measure my attic and asked for $10k for insulation repair. After a week none of the traps worked , so I went to home depot and placed my own and caught the mice the same night as they were further down the attic.

In the professional world you rely on promptness, knowledge, reliability, and communication. You cannot get anyone to help you when you call. Whoever you finally get to talk to can’t answer your question, you have to wait for a call back from someone else. Then the excuse is, sorry, our customer service isn’t local. We’re going to closing on a house, we scheduled the appointment for resolution and no one shows up, try to contact customer service, no one knows a thing, then you’re told you have to wait for a phone call from someone who has no clue why they’re calling you back. Then you get a text that is scheduling you for service, no one shows up. It’s a vicious cycle with this company!!!

Super unimpressed. When I called for the initial appointment (albeit to the national number, didn't speak to someone local) I was told that person would have a ladder that would reach the top of my house. They did not. Then I was contacted asking if my number was correct so that I could be contacted services. I asked a question (not about services). No response. This happened again (from a different number). No response. Just this week, I was contacted about termite inspection. I asked about cost. They got back to me super fast on that question. The man who came to my house on the initial service was very nice and very professional. All other contact has been poor.

You get 1 star for showing up. You text me and said you would call when you got here and never did. I am very unhappy. We are having ant problems and I do not know if you took care of problem or not. Service unexseptable..

Paid for a service. Did not fix the issue, Foxy solution is to pay for a monthly subscription which I’m not going to do I understand that not the first time when you come out, it’s going to fix the issue, but the technician was here for less than 15 minutes. Sprayed two different spots on my property and left. I paid $250 for that that’s ridiculous Spoke to an agent on the phone for 35 minutes and would not do anything for me other than try to extort more money out Absolutely ridiculous

Technician did not show up 6 hours, waited the entire Friday PM and evening. No refund or coming Saturday promised. Terrible company; terrible experience. Customer Service hang up on you.

Not sure of these good reviews, so maybe others have totally different experiences than me! They're very unprofessional- they just show up or don't show up when they feel like it. They don't follow-up on services THEY recommended and what they do, doesn't even work- might as well throw $60 out of the window each month.

Termite protection plan is useless. Their inspection failed to find the termites already in my house, then placed bait stations too far away to work. When the termites swarmed, we called and they didn’t provide any effective treatment. Choose another company so your house won’t get eaten like mine.

Literally the worse company on earth. I’ve been going back and forth with this company about sending someone to me, I was stood up by one of their tech after he decided to do a no call no show, while the customer service team is telling me he is on route to me. He apologized and showed up the next day, only for him to not inspect my home and told me he would take pictures of the back the house to see what he found, yet he lied again and drove off, telling me he has a meeting. I spoke to their team which assured me I would helped by sending another tech and again they failed to do so. I canceled my work and my plans and waited for them to show up, the tech told me he would show up from 12-2pm even thou I made a morning appointment. The company is so unprofessional, rude. In conclusion, look for other companies before considering this one!!!!

Incredibly unprofessional. During the initial call, asked to be scheduled on a Saturday, which didn’t work out. Then they suggested a Monday appointment in the evening as we work from home, that was scheduled. The day of, they reschedule again, for the following day after 5 pm again since we work not at home, the sales rep ASSURED ME several times it would not be a problem. The next day, I get a text at 2:30ish that they’re on the way to the house. They couldn’t figure out ONE service, let alone the duration of the contract- spare yourself. I called to cancel the service and get reimbursed, and that took being put on hold for over 15-20 minutes. I would not recommend them at all. Honestly just a bad experience.
