UPDATE: Once again, Sav A Tree provided exceptional service when treating my hollies! Nate, the technician was very professional and informative regarding the state of my hollies after a very cold winter.He took his time & answered all my questions. Am very pleased with Sav A Tree!! Communication with SavATree is exceptional. They sent me a e-mail stating when they would come & Daniel arrived as expected, spoke directly with me & completed the Hollie treatment as ordered. Very satisfied with this company!!

Property Tree Treatment - I was so impressed with the crew that came out! They made sure my dog was not exposed to the chemicals, and I saw one of the crew cover the dog’s bowls to make sure chemicals didn’t get inside them. Extremely impressed!

I finally found a lawn care company I’ll probably stick with forever. I love having an actual arborist visit my home a few times a year to check on the property, and it’s a huge plus that they handle all the tree pruning and trimming, too. They’re definitely on the pricier side, but I don’t mind because my trees and lawn always look amazing. The technicians are always friendly and respectful of my property. 5 STAR SERVICE! We have used Savatree Services for 12 years, and we give them 10 stars, even if 5 stars is the only option. Their experts provide excellent advice and recommendations, and their employees are well trained, knowledgable, courteous and professional. Savatree is responsive and has saved our trees, lawn and property on numerous occasions from Japaneses beetle and other insect attacks, from disease and aphids, and from deer who devour flowers and shrubs and trees. Most recently, Brian Dombroff quickly and correctly diagnosed drought problems with our extensive lawn, recommended treatment, Marco applied it, and our lawn is responding. Last month, Brian diagnosed a major problem causing many large barberry bushes to lose leaves, when we thought they were damaged by drought. He diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, and quickly acted to treat all of them, and they are regaining health - when we thought they were dying! Our complex property would not look or be as healthy as it is, without the care of Savatree professionals. FIVE STARS! I highly recommend their services. And I compliment the office management and staff as well, for responsive and efficient help, whenever I have called. EXCELLENT! Diane Zyats

These guys are wonderful. They use 5 different herbicides over the summer! No weeds!!! I'm a die hard DIYer, but I won't even try to duplicate that.

Your crew did an outstanding job cutting back the limbs overhanging my fence line from my neighbor's 40 foot maple. I could not be happier. I appreciate how careful, efficient, and respectful they were. They were so easy to work with and obviously very experienced. I will definitely be using SavaTree again in the future and highly recommend to others.

I will never use or refer this company again. Over 3 weeks ago we had a consultation wanted to move forward. We made an appointment and then the day came and no one showed up. I called every number I had then called the main number and was told they had finished for the day and we would have to be rescheduled. In what world does that happen where the customer is not called when they are on the schedule for an appointment. They were very quick to send the proposal and text/email to pay the deposit but when it came time to communicate about a schedule change nothing. They need a lesson or three in customer service because I will never use them again (yes we were repeat customers) or refer anyone to them again.

Very disappointed in the communications and service. Was charged but still do not have an invoice.

The admin staff is terrible with communication!! I received contradicting information between office staff and the manager. On top of that, the company expects you to pay for half of the estimate as a deposit but not give you a date when to expect the job to be completed. Unless you don't mind chasing down dates and getting an accurate answer, I would NOT recommend them!

Do not use these clowns. They show up, don’t do the work, sitting on their butts, then charge you a lot money. They are a completely dishonest business. In fact, we had to hire a different company to come and do they work.

Not impressed with how they left the job on owls cove. Not the level of service i expect from the most expensive tree service company in Fairfax County.

Seems like a decent company, but they need to clean the trucks after a job. These chunks of wood have been pelting everyone on 50 eastbound for miles.

Horrible service. Rude. I will never recommend this guys to do any job at all.
