Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I had Neds come out to clean my gutters earlier this year. They did a poor job. In and out really quick. They did not even remove gutter covers. No improvement with drainage immediately following. I reported this to them. However, they obviously never received the feedback since they continue to call me utilizing their AI bot to try and book services. They don’t appear to know how to use their AI tools since they can’t seem to get the AI to stop calling and emailing me! Very annoying and frustrating across the board!

The 2 men came to the house, put up ladders, got on the roof hosed out the debris in our gutters in 30 minutes. They were quick, efficient, courteous and cleaned up the debris from the gutters.

The team was great and did an excellent job.

I wish I could give less that a star. They are unprofessional and very sketchy. I have wind damage to my gutters and flashing. I called Ned to come out and schedule a cleaning/inspection so they could give me a quote on the damage. The week prior I had emailed pictures of the damage and explained exactly what I wanted looked at on the house. I received the automated text at 10:45 AM. The team promptly left by 11:10 without speaking to me providing a quote, patching the hole in my roof, nothing. I then called Ned They were unaware of any roof damage. The agent I had called the week prior didn’t nor did the technicians spot a hole where the flashing should be on my roof. I would never recommend this company and I will never again use them.

Do not use this service! I had them clean my gutters May 2024 for a one time service, they kept calling me almost every day trying to upsell me. I called back and asked to have myself removed from their marketing calls. This was in 2024. Guess what I just looked at my credit card and see a charge for $396 - for what?!?! I have no idea. I did not sign up for a recurring service. I did not have any service done by this company since 2024. I am disputing this charge. Please go elsewhere, if I hadn’t looked at my credit card transactions I may have missed this. Edit(Feb2025): the company refunded me after I called them to ask about this charge. It took 30 minutes & a claim I had verbally agreed to an annual recurring service & conversations were recorded (I said yes please pull the recordings). And a perplexing answer to my question on if it’s annual I had this done May 2024…it’s Feb and there’s snow - said it was for a planned June service?!?!? Anyway nothing wrong with the actual job of gutter cleaning but it is not cool to just charge a customer this way. Glad they issued me a refund (I had to argue with them though)

I've been using Ned Steven's for gutter cleaning for a while now. I'm always so incredibly pleased with the service. They always do a great job, and they go above and beyond when cleaning up the leaves. We had a storm a while back and since then, there's been branches and leaves absolutely covering my deck. While they were out today, they cleaned up the leaves off of the deck AND the patio after cleaning out the gutters.
