I’ve never used PestNow, yet I just received what looks like a renewal notice in the mail claiming I owe $119 for “termite coverage.” The letter is designed to look like an invoice, complete with a “billing account number,” “amount due,” and “due date” even though I have never had any service or contract with them. It feels misleading and borderline predatory, as it could easily trick someone into paying for a service they never used. Companies should not send letters that imply you owe money
