Keith came out to check for carpenter bee activity. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to work with someone who knows his job! We highly recommend!!!

Great work on my inspection

This company far exceeds expectations in professionalism and personal attention down to the last detail. They were able to come out sooner than any other company, have been courteous, personable, and Mr. Lane himself actually called with a follow-up quote and made sure all questions were answered and provided excellent coverage for our home!! Can not recommend enough. There has been zero delay in communication and service.

This company is amazing! They have been doing quarterly treatments on our residence for two years now. If you have children, pets or immune compromised family members, have no fear. The materials they use are safe. Communication is always top notch! It is an excellent veteran owned business with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this business for all your pest control needs.

We have been with them since we bought our house in the beginning of 19. Amazing job with duct cleaning, very punctual with the quarterly treatments. They even call to ask if it is OK to come early because they are ahead of schedule. No contract required. We even get the termite done once a year and they always send reminders ahead of when it is due. The only downside is getting someone to answer the phone in the office. Keith understands this an issue and generally calls to schedule the next quarterly once he is back in his car with his computer.

We've used United Pest Control for the 4 years we've lived here. Keith and his staff are so wonderful! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things related to pest control! In addition to doing quarterly sprays, they did our termite/moisture inspection when we bought our house, and again when we sold it. We could not speak more highly of them! Proud to recommend Keith to anyone needing pest control services. :)

I worked at the Newport News Shipyard and noticed United Pest Control serviced the shipyard. This convinced me to use their services. I have been using them for well over 20 years and have never found an issue to complain about. Go ahead, show Keith a bug & he'll tell you everything you want to know about that bug; he knows his business - as does his technicians. Keith & I are Navy Vets; he gives us vets a great name. I believe the saying "hire a vet" and Keith is living proof why that is great advice.

This review is solely based on my inability to reach the company. Trying to stay local so I chose them based on great reviews. Called three days in a row during normal business hours and only got voicemail. I left one message and never received a callback after a week. Orkin or Terminix it is.

I cannot fully explain how unsatisfied I am with this company, but I will try. We had three different companies come out for estimates and chose United because they were honest, kind, and seemed very knowledgeable compared to our other options. After spending nearly $6k to get rid of roof rats and have our attic and crawl space completely redone, we still have issues over a year later. I have had them back out months ago and they basically said they could not help and I had to install a concrete patio to prevent things from getting in my crawl space. They also have never showed up for the quarterly prevention we signed up for when we paid all that money. The company is unreliable, wasted a TON of my money which I didn't have to spend to begin with, and still has not solved ANY of my issues. Don't waste your time!
