Technician was very knowledgeable and offered several choices for the crawl space .

Had subfloor around my toilet that was completely rotted. Kyle showed me pictures and reassured me that it looked worse than it was and assured me that they could make the repairs no problem. Josh came out and was awesome he showed me what he was doing with each step and went above and beyond to ensure all wood was cut back to a joist to be secured the best. He even made it a clean repair and made sure all the new subfloor was completely level with the old subfloor. Most importantly he stayed late to insure the floor was safe and job was completed before leaving even though it was his son's birthday. Thanks again Josh and Kyle rock

Had our annual termite and moisture inspection. Kyle was very thorough and explained everything he was checking. Actually noticed an issue with a crawl space support beam and how to correct it. Everyone at the entire company has been great to work with.

Steven did an Excellent job! This is my first getting this done. And when I spoke with him he made me feel very comfortable! He’s very confident and professional in his work. Had my annual home Inspection done on Friday and a crawlspace inspection is included. They didn’t bother to even attempt to look in the crawlspace but stayed there was no signs on rodents. How would you know when you didn’t even bother to look

Rude tech that curse at you and management that takes the techs side

Aggressive and dangerous driver, rolled down window to verbally abuse me, call me names because I paused before turning on a green arrow to look both ways. Very professional move when you're driving your company car.

They subcontracted a job out and the guys ruined our AC left it all unplugged and now we have a huge electricity bill and crawl space work that is unfinished and not done right. Pest out may be professional but their subcontractors are lazy, do sloppy work, barely communicate in English, and leave messes. Very displeased with the actually work service we received. Pestout sent a different company to repair the damage and inadequacies of the first company. They in the end fixed the problem but they need to be a lot more professional on whom they subcontract out to because again we had 2 weeks of AC problems in summer heat because of the subcontractors.

Before unpacking we had them come to kill whatever so that we would not have a problem with insects. After food and dishes were put away roaches literally came out of the woodwork. When called back the explanation was that the first pest controller should have noticed this and taken appropriate steps at that time. More money and empty out all kitchen cabinets and a treatment later— they need to come again and I’m told today that a third treatment next week may be warranted. We have been living out of boxes, having to eat out, having to leave the house for hours each time they show up. They had been going on for weeks with no end in sight. This is not my idea of a competent service. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE!!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY RELATED TO FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK!! No matter what they say they can do, they hire people that has had “experience” with foundation repair, but they don’t and won’t hire engineers or have any knowledge of structural loads! This company will cost you $$thousands after they left the job.

Real estate estimate for termite inspection and repairs from pestout was $4000. Work completed for realty sales requirements total $750 from another pest contol company.
