Really not a fan of their program. We spent 257 dollars for the first treatment, and 60 dollars a month for the following treatments. Our guy only showed up for less than 5 minutes on our initial indoor treatment, and several hours late. When relocating to Newport News, we have used this company for many years. We had absolutely no problems in our previous state. However, the manager of this location, authorized an employee to call my husband and tell him he is not eligible to have a contract with them, and that he can only have a month-to-month rate due to the fact that he was late on paying one bill in early 2024. After having Orkin (Chesapeake branch) for a couple of months, we figured it would be an easy transfer to start receiving services at our new home.
