i’m military so i’m not always home . but today i was working from home . saw the fox truck arrived in my driveway today didn’t even know that there where coming . dude didn’t even bother to knock on the door ??? all he did was spray the around and left under 10 minutes. 30 minutes later i get a charge for $112 .00 oh no sir

they will service your home without you knowing then get 125 $ bill , tech was at my home for 5 minutes. service is not that great had multiple different technicians come to my home and all of them did something the other one didn’t .makes me question what i’m paying for , they don’t communicate at all i’m been on hold over 35 minutes just to ask a question about an invoice. service manager was very rude was told the by the tech they managers don’t do nothing but eat mcdonald’s and drink coffee all day in their office room instead of being in the field helping out hmm i really had it up with these guys then they make you pay a cancellation fee for something they’re not completing. tuh i’m done with these guys . i wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody. .

They send door to door sales men out. They dont care about no trespassing/no solicitation signs. Even when you tell them that you do not wish to be disturbed, when you tell them you have no solicitation signs because you do not want people to come to the door. They will look at you and say oh well I just have a job to do and I go to all houses. When you ask them to leave they continue to argue why they have a right to be on private property. Why they do not have to listen to posted signs. Not a good look for a company in my opinion. If they are this desperate to get business then I would never think of using them. Please train your staff to leave people alone that do not want them on their property.

The technician left me some sticky mouse traps. I was told to call the office back as they had screwed up on what he was told to do. I asked for gnats and traps for geico lizards. The technician said he would drop off those traps but never did. He complained that the front office was incompetent and to call back for the issues I required again. Really poor service

I would give zero stars if I could. They have poor customer service, techs lie and gaslight you, service managers don’t have time to help resolve issues and the only employees that care are the receptionist that answer the phone. Do NOT recommend. Told that a service manager would come out to talk with us…not surprised that they didn’t show or even call. Do NOT waste your money. They don’t care about customer service

Just no, very much a bait and switch. I called for a consultation and spoke with a woman named Tracy. I had to give my card and sign a tentative contract before they would schedule someone to come out. I asked why they needed a card etc if the consultation was free. I was told it and the contract were like a hotel deposit for $200 so if I decided to move forward same day they could just charge the card on file if I wanted to proceed but wouldn’t be charged unless I confirmed I was using them. This is the third pest company I’ve reached out to for quotes none of the others requested this kind of information beforehand especially a card on file. A few minutes after giving her info I get a text with a congrats on my home protection plan. I text her saying I received this text but I hadn’t agreed to use them yet and asked if it was a blanket text sent for consultations. She said did you not want someone to come today, this is showing everything for your appointment. I replied stating I do want someone to come today. I was just confused with the text. It looked like I had already signed up. She said to give her a second to change the appointment and let them know when and if they want to go with them. If I haven’t even had a tech come out to do an evaluation to see if I need services why would I sign up before they even see my home? I told her today works for a consult but I'm not signing up for services until I met with the tech and asked if they were still coming out for a consult. She said let me take a look and see what I can do. At this point I’m confused because I was very clear from the beginning I needed a consult. So I told her to just scrap it, if miscommunication was happening already it wasn’t a good sign and I got a thumbs up back from her. Either they have a very shady business practice of trying to get people into contracts just to get a consult or she went rogue. I don’t know which but I now have other exterminators coming to check things out, neither of which asked for a card or pre-contract work.

When the technician was asked to move his vehicle so my wife could leave for work the technician asked when she needed to be at work and stated the process was only going to take 20 minutes. We expect more professionalism. When asked to move vehicles on customer's property, the response is always "Yes sir/ma'am, right away."

Incredibly pushy and aggressive customer service. I called to schedule an inspection for potential pest control. Was told that the conversation I was having counted as a "consultation" and that they would send someone out to treat. Just like that. Slow down...I asked for an in-person inspection after which I can decide if I want to start service. Then I was told "we don't send people out and waste our time when we know we can just treat." Their explanation was that if someone shows up, they're expecting a $160 fee and a $57/month contract. When I clarified again that I'm only interested in an inspection at this time, the response was "well what's holding you back from agreeing to our plans? We're the number one rated with the best prices, and we know because we've called everyone else." The bait and switch vibes (pun intended, I guess) is what turned me off from giving you my business. Especially after confirming that your website does indeed advertise "free inspections." I really regret that I had to share my address just to confirm we're in the service area. Yikes.

Terminated the termite service. Technician was to come out and pick up the termite monitors. Not sure if that even happened as there were 6 monitors left on station. Makes me wonder if the service I was paying for was even being accomplished as scheduled . I called and spoke to the rep who stated that they should have had a map showing the locations. I was even asked if they were visible at their locations. I have done their job for them and pulled the units out of the ground for them just to ensure they get their stuff back. I would be wary about getting the termite service unless you are physically there to witness the service. Pics posted of the units. If they can't find them this time I don't know what to say. One star just because you cant post this without a star. Zero Stars for the termite service.
