Jay called ahead to ensure yhe time was convenient. Upon arrival, she introduced herself and Tyrus and explained what treatment they were going to provide. She did the interior and was thorough in her inspection of possible bug entry points and treated all of those plus the usual hiding places. She's an excellent representative and ambassador for ProForce.

I have been with this company since June of 2025. We hired them because of a roach infestation. I am not happy with this company at all. I still have bugs and can't seem to get a tech out to my house. Robert was sent to us multiple times. He halfway treated our home for months. I was 7 months pregnant and he was giving me sticky traps to lay down and he didnt put any down. I told them I do not want him as my tech and they kept scheduling him for me. It's been a month now without treatment because they have no techs available except him. I am about to report them to the bbb. They want an outrageous amount of money to cancel my contract. The last time they were supposed to come out they couldn't give me a time of arrival. I stayed home until it was time to pick my child up from school around 3pm and that's when they called and said they were on the way. I would not recommend them to anyone. I regret signing my contract with them. You are better off going with a big name company. Edit to add: After leaving a bad review we finally got the service manager to treat our home. He did a good job. When he was done he said our bill would go up $6-$8. This morning I was charged an additional $20, not $6-$8. This company is BS.

We’ve made repeated efforts to cancel our service. We’ve been charged and no one has come to perform the services we signed up for beyond the first 1 or 2 quarterly services (feb/may 2024) (we have cameras in front and behind the house). We’ve were told it was cancelled and they did not cancel it. They placed on “pay per service” we immediately told them no, to cancel things completely and got no response. Here we are 30 days later with a charge for $105 (almost 3x what we were paying monthly). We spoke with 2 representatives only to be told that we signed some addendum for 36 months back in August (we did not sign and the signature is clearly an attempt at forging my husbands and COMPLETELY wrong). We have contacted local authorities, a lawyer, and will be reaching out to local news outlets. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unethical. We will NEVER use this company or any affiliate again and we will be certain to spread the word far and wide to ensure no one else falls into their trap to be taken advantage of *UPDATE* we have now learned that the account manager (whose name they refuse to share) forged my husbands signature. We are absolutely furious at the unethical practices we’ve seen throughout (from the initial sign up and the door to door kid paying for the first month and sending us our money back via Cash App to services never being performed but completed summaries being sent to this situation). While they are refusing to share the information we will find a way to track down the employee that took those steps and include them in litigation along with the company as a whole. We refuse to let anyone else have to go through this if it can be avoided!!

This company just came onto my property without my permission and sprayed my property with toxic pest control chemicals that I am allergic to. When I asked the gentleman to wash it off he refused. I am contacting my attorney.

I have sent 6 emails since September 7, 2025 and I also called to cancel this service and they literally will not cancel it. This morning I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and if I do not get it canceled I will be going to the licensing board to file a formal written complaint against this company.

This company does not get the hint. I have called and canceled the service SEVERAL TIMES. When I called I talked to at least 5-6 people and still can’t get it done. Then after them attempting to take the payment again they claimed we have not cancelled well if we didn’t where was the guy that was supposed to spray the yard??? Then today they took a payment. Now I have to call back and I’m sure talk to 1 to many people to get this cancelled. Please take the hint I don’t want your service.

Stay away from these very shady sales practices. Door salesman came to my house at 8:00 pm saying that he had someone coming out tomorrow and would like to get me on the schedule. I told him that I need to review the contract before I agreed to anything. He assured me that I had 3 days to reveiw the contract and cancel without paying any penalty. I emailed them less than 48 hours later and they said I have to pay the early termination fee.

Salesman came onto my property illegally and harassed my wife and tried to intimidate her into going behind my back and signing up for a service we already had. I addressed it with him later and he laughed at me and told me it's just good sales. I reiterated that he is not welcome on my property and he just laughed and dared me to call the cops. Only pest I need help with is Proforce's salesmen.

ProForce Pest Control My experience with ProForce Pest Control has been disappointing and concerning. Of the three technicians assigned to service my property, only one demonstrated acceptable professionalism and quality of work. Unfortunately, the other two technicians failed to meet even basic service expectations. One openly admitted he was under the influence and therefore unable to complete the scheduled treatment—a serious breach of professionalism and safety standards. The second technician entered my backyard without identifying himself or announcing his presence, and left the gate open. As a result, my dog escaped and was missing for several hours. Given that I have young children, this could have resulted in an even more dangerous situation. To add to the lack of service the technician was only on site for less than 5 minutes. Additionally, scheduled services are consistently incomplete, and I am often left having to clean up after their visits. The overall lack of accountability, safety awareness, and service reliability has led me to lose confidence in the company. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend ProForce Pest Control.

Techs are decent, problem i had was that the service I originally called about was a little high on price, I felt bad for not signing up for something. He told me I could cancel anytime, contract said different. I stayed on the phone 30 minutes trying to cancel service. Still haven't gotten it canceled. I feel like the sales guy was very misleading. It sounded like he was a start up pest control where he was trying to get his name out. Sure, I should have reserched and read the fine print. So I would encourage others to do so
Unfortunately we feel pretty mislead by Hawx. We had a persistent, young salesman come by everyday for a few days. He was kind and seemed knowledgeable about the services. When we started to have a pest problem around the same time, we decided to sign up for services. Unfortunately, we were misled about the pricing by this salesman. It’s our fault for not reading the contract more thoroughly after signing up but I firmly believe that if you’re going to have people going door to door to sell a service, they should be honest or at least more knowledgeable about the services and prices of such that they are advertising. We tried to cancel the service, or get the original pricing we were offered but were told no, that we would need pay a cancellation fee. Because of the cost of the cancellation fee, we decided it would be better financially to stick with it for the year. We were given an $80 coupon and nothing else, Customer service was polite but otherwise they weren’t helpful. The serviceman that came out was also nice and got the job done well. Regardless, had we know the true pricing we would not have signed up. This is an added financial burden that we did not need. Due to this experience, we will not be renewing next year and will not recommend Hawx to anyone.
