We just bought a house and just had it sprayed. Nate was awesome, I was sooo impressed with how thorough he was, even went into our attic cause I said the roof was replaced and they had to replace some plywood. Did everything, inside cupboards , all of em in kitchen and main bathroom.( they were all still empty) all of our windows. Cleaned cobb webbs and sprayed front and back lawn. Inspector showed up and told us we had rats in the ceiling. Scheduled services with them to remove and prevent further infestation. Everything seemed like it was going to be easy and just fine. Problems started with the first treatment. Technician called me to ask me to move the sevice time up the day of and got upset when I told him the best we could do was 30 minutes earlier since both my wife and I have jobs. Highly disappointed. Started out great with a next day appointment at 4:30. The representative Chris, saw my husband come inside, so he took it upon himself to start to the appointment about 45 minutes early. Normally I would be ok with that but I was finishing up my work day from home. Come to find out we were his last appointment -- so he just wanted to be finished. He quickly explained what he was offering. Answered my questions. We agreed, paid him the $200 and got scheduled for Thursday b
