They did a great job treating my kitchen but damaged my wreath in the process.

Purchased this home after getting termite treatment. Didn’t get their services. The had a service person come and “check” the traps and he illegally removed the bait from all the traps on my property. If this is how this company works I will NEVER recommend them.

I’ve used TPS for years. They deliver Great service. Every representative has been professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

David arrived promptly on schedule to do an Interior Pest Treatment. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked if we had questions. David remembered from his last visit that we care for a toddler and asked us to confirm the areas in our home we did not want treated because the child. We were impressed that he remembered our house and concerns and are certainly glad we chose Tidewater Pest Services as our vendor when we moved here this Fall.

I recently purchased a home that came with their termite warranty, and I chose to continue the service. I just had the home inspection, and I have nothing but good things to say with my service. The ladies in the office are always nice, and the technician that came out today, Scott, was both professional and informative. He answered all of my questions, and took his time under my house to do a thorough inspection. We are looking to add a dehumidifier in the near future and I’m happy to know we have a good, local team to help us care for our home!

The gentlemen who inspect our home on a yearly basis are extremely reliable, cordial, and efficient. We recently had a Termite Booster Treatment, which was handled with perfection. Tidewater person came to my house yesterday to do the routine termite check. He saw that there was a leak under my house from the hot water heater and told me about it right away. I was lucky enough to find a plumber and got it fixed! Above and beyond termite duty! Thanks very much

Detailed treatment for critters inside and outside my home. Most important, they were ready and able to address a specific problem that I had not seen before. My Service Technician was professional in every sense. SO pleased that they are my pest-control and termite treatment company.

I've been a customer for years. My yard is prone to chiggers and mosquitos, so I've used them to keep that under control as well as keep my home free of black widow spiders or any others undesirable pests. They are always on time, courteous, and do a great job. On the rare occasion that I see something that concerns me they're happy to come back and address it if it's after my scheduled service. All my questions have always been answered and I can recommend them with complete confidence as they're respectful of my property and conduct themselves with absolute professionalism.

Horrible customer service. We were given a termite warranty when we purchased our home by the seller. When the time came to renew, we received a coupon in the mail for a free inspection for new customers, so I called and scheduled an appointment. The inspector had no idea what to do with the coupon and I have no idea what he actually did when he "inspected" because he was here for maybe 5 minutes. The report he showed me had the incorrect records and wrong floor plan for our house. I called to ask about the coupon and was rudely told we couldn't use it because we weren't new customers. Although we should have been treated like we were, she said no because there was previously a warranty set up for this address. And even though the warranty wasn't for us, we still couldn't use it. We would have been loyal customers, as we don't personally like shopping around. But now we will go else where because we were treated badly. Coupon or not, she was very rude and I don't trust that a thorough inspection was done. For 108 dollars, you certainly expect a bit more.

Terrible manners one one of their guy cut me off while driving on Warwick ave today and blew the horn and he flicked me off and swerved back and forth in the lane. If this is how your guys drive. How do they act around customers and their houses ?
