I have been a customer for 25 years, they are the best.

Driver turned right from a left only lane. I had to go in another lane to avoid being hit. Needs to pay attention to the road and obey basic traffic laws. Didn’t appreciate his single hand gesture. Not professional when traveling in a company vehicle.

As a customer for 3 years we are being stationed to a new state in the three years, we have only ever had Alex a service tech perform all services on the house within that three years Alex has shown his knowledge and experience with the product along with teaching us preventable measures, we can take to keep our house clear of problems. There were signs we had mice in our garage (they ate through a bird seed container called the Vault - don't buy one of those) and I could hear activity in the walls and attic. I called E&R (I've used them for years but never considered they might take care of mice as well as insects). They sent over Donte/Dante and he found places where the mice could easily get in - and sealed them all. He was very thorough and we have seen no signs or sounds of those mini-rats. Thank YOU!!

E & R was recommended to me this morning. I am adding an addition on to my house, the block was laid and it was time to exterminate for termites. I called them, Trish answered the phone and within minutes felt like I was talking to an old friend! I told her what I was doing, and within an hour Brian showed up! Again, so friendly! He knocked it out in no time and told me they would come back to spray around the outside of the house whenever I was ready. I would recommend this company to ANYONE! Anyone building a house knows how stressful it can be. If everything could be this easy!! Thank you E&R for an amazing experience!!

We have used E&R for the past few years. They came and incapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. From start to finish of that project, they were great to work with. We have them come out yearly to check and service the dehumidifier and inspect the crawl space for moisture and pests. They are always prompt and knowledgeable. We are in the process of selling our home and I wanted to be sure that the next owner would be able to have the home serviced if they chose. They were helpful in navigating this and setting things up. Highly recommend!

I have been using E&R Exterminating for about two years now. I have had great service at every visit and with every phone call. They have always been very quick to respond to any of our concerns when I ask for a special visit. When they come to do a regular service they address any specific needs we have. E & R Exterminating Company has great customer service in their scheduling department and the technicians have always been very professional and knowledgeable.

We've been using E & R since we moved into our new house about 2 years ago. And it's been such a great service, we no longer see bugs, on the rarity we do it's dead. They even set up traps for mice when we saw a mouse in the house. I believe our Service Man is Alex, he does a terrific job, is very professional, on time, and always in a great mood. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem. We were just finding too many bugs in our new house, and this company immediately resolved that issue.

Called to ask if they would do monthly sprays on my house. They said they would call me back...that was a week ago

The technician they sent was fast and efficient. We haven’t had any issues with bugs. We really like that they do a two week follow up to make sure your issue is resolved. One minor issue is that they don’t call or send any email to remind you of your appointment. They say they call but no record of missed call or voicemail. I had to call both times to confirm that they were still coming- one time was during the hurricane warning where they had cancelled but didn’t tell me.

(It won't let me give 0 stars!) Used to be good, but the quality/customer service has taken a dive in the last 3 years. I used E&R for about 12 years when I lived in Denbigh and called them last year when I moved back to the area. For last quarter's appointment and the appointment today, the technician was/is 30+minutes late and I had to call to find out where he was. Lots of excuses and song and dance by the office as to why they can't make it on time, including changing my "appointment time" to an "appointment window". Next quarter is it...late again, and I'm going to find a more reputable company!

I’ve used their services for years when my house was built fourteen years ago for termite prevention however I haven’t used them in the past couple of years. I needed their services and choose them instead of other reputable companies because I’ve never had an issue before but not only did I have to wait four days for them to come out and access my situation but the technician did not call to let me know he was on his way like other companies I use or have used Cox, VIVINT, and Value City Furniture. I didn’t hear the doorbell and my mother (who lives next door) told me that the man just pulled out of my driveway. I immediately called E&R to inform them of what had just happened in hopes the technician would turn back around and they want me to reschedule for the next day. The technician literally left not even a couple of minutes of me calling them back. I personally believe that everything happens for a reason so with that being said I called TERMINIX and someone is coming out today. I will NEVER use them again ever or refer them to any one. Their customer service is horrible!!! Repeat customers are the best customers. You have lost a good one!
