My mom has used him for years. Last year, he sprayed, twice, still had bugs. We bombed the house ourselves. No bugs. My mom used him again this year. Still had bugs. After six weeks of promised call backs, he sprayed another time. We have more bugs than before and they won't return our calls. What a shame. Used to be good. Now, he won't even made good on his work.

We had him do the heat treatment. Week later found bugs. Called him and he said I would see some up to 2 weeks. After 3 weeks we seen more bugs. So I call and no answer I left voicemails and never got back with me

We were still seeing a few spiders after the exterminator sprayed. After reasonable time, we decided to call & learned the company has a 90 day guarantee policy. They were very responsive, polite and easy to work with! We live nearly an hour away from town, and this family-owned company didn’t charge a dime for a re-spray, which could’ve been from getting out of our normal annual spray routine. I don’t usually write reviews, but I read them & this company deserves to be recognized!

I used them about 7 years ago. Worked great, still don't have any cockroaches. I highly recommend Them.
