My elderly farther called them to come out due to ants and wanting his crawl space under the house sprayed for whatever bugs may be there. He paid 100.00 up front and was to pay another 100.00 after completion. The technician that came out went to the crawl space and quickly came back into the house saying he couldn’t go in due to seeing brown recluses. He actually told my dad that the spiders would have to be taken care of before he could go under there. Isn’t that what a pest control business does…kill the pests? The technician said he sprayed inside and outside the home for the ants to include closets, yet it was apparent he didn’t go into the closets. Now they keep hounding him for the other 100.00 dollars even though they didn’t complete the job. They want to come back out to treat the spiders, which means he has to pay another 200.00 dollars. This is laughable really. They keep calling about the additional 100.00, which he will pay but use them again…absolutely not. Nor will anyone else he has told about what happened. I’m doubt they care about 1 bad review as they are a company with tons of business but when you’re that one elderly person, on a fixed income it’s a huge deal.

Johnny came out and filled 4 holes where critters and bugs could be getting in in 2 of my attics. One attic had a very small opening but he was able to navigate it quite well. He did exactly what I thought he would do and what Jordan said was needed. Also, it was what I expected from the well-written contract Titan and I signed. He assured me also that if I heard any critters to call and he would come out and evaluate and take care of the issue. I feel very secure with what I have seen so far. I would highly recommend! These so called pest services are the real pest. First they promise results, give at least a coyple of months. Lies. The first technician cancelled after having rescheduled, I told the company to send someone. He came and was going to leave without knocking, he arrived and stayed in his truck. Then told the company no one was home. So he came again and it was raining. He parked in our driveway, very unprofessional, sprayed 2 minutes outside and one drain in the bathroom. And he used the same soray as outside which I later learned he was absolutely not supposed to do. Then he stayed 30 minutes in our driveway playing on his phone, my husband had to park on the street. He saw he was playing a game and didnt care ny husband was soaking wet. This upset me and told the technician to move and go. I asked to cancel but instead they sent jordan, a sales man who promised results. I told him the tech said fogging was the next step, jordan said they dont fog. More lies. The third visit and no results again. I asked to cancel and they said I am locked in a contract. It is a scam. They yielded zero results, they spray sparingly and leave in 5 minutes after making you wait for hours like cable companies. The contract is illegaly scamming us. They promised pest flies would be gone, it was all lies. My house us clean, they come from the drain and carry ecoli and salmonela. We are sick from it. They don't care.
