The actual service was fine. But it took them 5 months to send us an invoice. We contacted our service rep a few times after the service to get an invoice and one of the last messages we got was he quit because of management. We finally get a call after 5 months about non payment, and the issue is they had the email wrong. The email they had to use and open to receive our contract to even start service. Invoice is date April and says we owe late fees since it wasn't paid 15 days from said date.

I am not writing as a customer, but as a colleague. I am also a business owner in the same field but know Tony very well. He was my manager for a little while and this man knows his stuff. I recommend him for termite work to my customers and if I ever closed shop, i would refer all my customers to him. When I originally signed up the person I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. And gave me the best price for the services that I was asking for. Since then, They have been on time on schedule and I haven't seen any pests in the house, so they're doing their job. Would highly recommend for all your pest needs. Tony came out and did a walk through because of an old inactive terminate mud tube. Offered several different options but was honest and said that I would be best to just get a yearly check up. Love the fact that Tony gave me three options from expensive to least followed by his honest opinion. I know who to go to from here on out.

“Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend using Tony to my worst enemy. All he cares about is getting paid which is why he requires payment upfront before the service is conducted. Once he gets his payment, he does barely any work and you have to call in a different company to come in to complete it. Not sure how he's accredited by the BBB, I'll be filing a report.
