The actual service was fine. But it took them 5 months to send us an invoice. We contacted our service rep a few times after the service to get an invoice and one of the last messages we got was he quit because of management. We finally get a call after 5 months about non payment, and the issue is they had the email wrong. The email they had to use and open to receive our contract to even start service. Invoice is date April and says we owe late fees since it wasn't paid 15 days from said date.

When I originally signed up the person I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. And gave me the best price for the services that I was asking for. Since then, They have been on time on schedule and I haven't seen any pests in the house, so they're doing their job. I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody that is thinking to change the pest service. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Would highly recommend for all your pest needs. Tony came out and did a walk through because of an old inactive terminate mud tube. Offered several different options but was honest and said that I would be best to just get a yearly check up. Love the fact that Tony gave me three options from expensive to least followed by his honest opinion. I know who to go to from here on out.
