He was thorough and climbed into the attic to check the mouse activity and having found some replenished and put out traps. Explained the next time they came out they would look for holes where they could get in and try to block those. Sad day, today we said goodbye to the pinoak in the backyard it was over 75 years old. Our old friend was struck by lightning 4 years ago, at the time we thought the strike had only killed our refrigerator and wifi. As the years moved on our old friend started losing it battle. It became obvious last year the old guy had very few leafs and few acorns, minor branches started falling. I had an arborist look at it he confirmed our worst fear. We are so pleased this the service we received. Brandt was able to answer our questions and didn't make us feel judged in any way. Our tech was Anders and he was great! He was very thorough and confident in his work. He was professional and also kept me updated throughout the day. I can't explain the peace I got from getting this service done to our home. We pray we NEVER have to go through this again. BUT, *If* we ever do, I know who we will call. Thank you doesn't even feel like enough.
Our renters got bedbugs and our local exterminator (Keokuk, Iowa) wasn't available. He strongly suggested we contact Midwest Bed Bug services and we're glad we did! They gave us all the information we needed, came quickly, and communicated clearly. We were glad to be able to kill all the bedbugs without using pesticides, as well, as the other renter in the building is allergic to them. Hopefully we will never need to call them again, but if we have a need, they are who we will call!
