I have had a totally different experience i am very unpleased with how they handled everything stating that at the address I used to sign up and start service online already had an account at that address with my name and phone number and theres a past due amount Sense 2023 whicj os so not true first off i have never had an account with them second I just moved in there in Feb of this year

Everything was super professional no hard sell. They have us multiple options and then fixed the place where the squirrels were gaining access. I think it is Ryan our tech explored the attic showed photos determined they were not currently living there just using it as access. Then fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and response from Critter Control of KC on the removal of a fair amount of bats we have in the attic. I worked with Colton who was excellent from the start. We needed to have Evergy come out and cut the power for one of the repairs and Colton did an excellent job making sure he could coordinate with when that worked with Evergy.
