We purchased a home with a live termite infestation. Campbell Pest Control was quick and thorough with their job!

Robert came out this morning to spray my house and did an awesome job. He was very thorough, getting into all the cracks and crevices, and was super nice and personable. Very professional service. I highly recommend Campbell Pest Control and will definitely use them again. Thanks, Robert!

Robert Evans came to my house to treat for mice. He did a great job of checking for holes where they might get in and caulking to close them. He was courteous and polite and very thorough. He did a great job!

If we could give a higher rating we would because these guys were fantastic! From our first phone call with Dee to the tremendous service provided by Robert, these folks have just been wonderful. Robert came to spray and the ant problem was taken care of almost immediately. Most of the other critters were gone as well but we saw some spiders a couple weeks later and Robert returned as they promised. We’re fairly new to this area and wasn’t sure who to call for pest control services. Campbell was recommended and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely be recommending them.

Billy is wonderful. Very personable, knowledgeable and explains things very well. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed they guaranteed me over and over again that they would get rid of my problem. I had a 90 day guarantee they came out about four times and my problem is still not fixed. I’m so disgusted with them.

This is my second time (and second house) working with Campbell Pest Control. They do free inspections for termites! They are honest and knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Billy came out to my new house today and gave me some advice about some old tree stumps that are close to my foundation, and even checked for mold and leaks in my crawlspace as well as termites! He found a little evidence of damage in the garage and then walked around to the outside of that wall and found some larva (under an old tree stump up against the garage). He had the spirit of service, not sales, he told me I could have the home treated whenever it’s convenient for me and gave me a reasonable quote which was based on the size of the treatment area that also comes with a 4 year warranty! The receptionist is very friendly, Billy was wonderful, and they got me in quickly. I highly recommend working with Campbell Pest Control.

Would leave zero if possible completely unacceptable process and crooked company. Can not begin to express my disappointment and distaste for such dishonest business. Horrible company.

Our house came with a 5 year warranty with Campbell Pest Control and they have been great about coming out every year to inspect for termites. We also inquired about a vapor barrier and the inspector who came out, Billy, was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything that we didn’t need, which we greatly appreciate. Gave this Company our business. Spent thousands of dollars with Campbell Pest Control when purchasing a home. While performing the work they broke around 15 floor tiles. They don’t deny that they did it, but refuse to fix it. 1-star is too many. Nope.

Highly recommend this company! Called to get a termite inspection done. The inspector came the next day. He did a thorough inspection and even helped out with some other pest issues that we had. Absolutely amazing client experience!

This company is the worst! DO NOT hire them. They have their technicians yelling at my employees and they never get the job done. Can you believe the behavior? They don’t show up, and even if they do show up they are only there for 2 minutes! Complete rude behavior and very unprofessional with the employees and management. I called management and she did nothing. No apology for her technicians behavior and was so disrespectful. I’m just in shock how they stay bin business. No wonder her technicians act like that. They deserve each other.

Thisbis our second time using Campbell's pest control and the have a 5 star from us. We had recently had bad neighbors that let their house get infested with roaches and came to our home and the shock of when I came inside my house to see all the dead ones. We can't move bc of the rise in inflation so they were our best option. Thankyou so much for taking care of our problem and being so reasonable priced and fast!!!!

A friend recommended Campbell Pest Control, so I called on a Thursday and I was able to get an appointment on Friday and the technician, William (Billy) came out at the time promised and checked our property and was honest in his findings and was very hospitable. I was impressed with him and would not hesitate to use this company for any future pest control needs.

I waited for them 2 hours just to find they had already been there 4 hours before appointment. How did he get under the the house he couldn't have known where the trap door was. I wanted to talk to some one. Then i had to call you to even find out you was there. No thanks

you let your employees (chris miles) come into a business an threaten someone in there work uniform!! You all should be so proud of your company to have an employee like him representing your company like that. especially when it was there personal business an he had no right in that business threatening her. Your business should be ashamed of its self what a bad name that gives you all.

John, One of my friends asked me to check this web site because he knew we had a really bad experience with Campbell. I understood the pain John is having. I had the similar bad experience with Campbell Pest Control in 2016 and I have told my neighbors and friends not to use Campbell since then. Certainly, I will contact you by e-mail. Best, Mike.

Hired by our property manager to deal with mice. Asked the tech not to put poison in the bottom cabinets because my dog sometimes gets in there. He did it anyways AND didn't even tell us. Resulted in a late night emergency vet visit, many tears, weeks of medication, follow up vet visits and tests. If we had not been lucky enough to catch my dog eating the poison and rush him to the vet immediately, we would have almost certainly lost a beloved member of our family. All could have been avoided if the tech had communicated that it was necessary to place the poison there, in which case I would've put child locks on the cabinets. Contacted the company and asked them to reimburse us for the the multiple vet bills incurred and got no response.

Campbell Pest Control was absolutely awful and a complete waste of money. I had the guy come out and first of all he was over 2 hours late and then when he got here he ran out of spray and did not even spray around the entire house so now the ants are back. I would not recommend this place to anybody period!! Oh yea and the guy was in a big rush and was pressuring me to call in and tell him how good he did. Everything from them being 2 hours late and not calling or anything and then the guy doing an absolute TERRIBLE job!!! If you want to get RIPPED of and throw your money away then go ahead be my guess and throw your money away!

I had a small ant and spider problem. I was told that one treatment would eliminate the ants and I would be ant free for 90 days. They have treated my property 3 times but I still have the same problems unfazed by their treatments.

Had ants but hired them to spray for everything possible. ( Ants, spiders, any kind of bug really, and put out mouse bait traps) Next week we had ants more than ever. They came and resprayed for free 2 weeks later. They were polite and understanding the whole time. Then the ants got worse. Within the two following weeks, my pregnant wife was bit by a brown recluse and went to the hospital. Now we have mice, ants, and spiders that we've never had problems with before. We have been putting out our own traps but are contacting a pest control company that will get the job done.
