I want to complement the lady named Rhonda who kindly and patiently guided my sister n law and I thru several questions. We were trying to find the best service for the best price. We had a million questions and she actually had an answer for everyone. Never seemed annoyed or bothered especially with the repetitive questions. In the end, she hooked us up with a great deal with a full years worth of service on my sister-in-law’s new house. We were extremely happy with the prices and her quick answers. Look, we all don’t like those pesky bugs, Vermin, and rodents and especially spiders! This company is great and the experience I had was a 10/10. Not only did they get rid of my problem but they did it with ease. From the ladies in the office to when I first called to the products and work they provided, they went above and BEYOND!

The ladies in the office were very nice and help me what I need, I don’t know much about pest and bugs but they were happy to help with what I need to know. Also to mention the owner was very nice and cooperative over the phone once I called for the services I need, I would definitely go back and get their services again!

This company is one of the best companies I have talked to and worked with, the office ladies are wonderful and very communicative same as the technicians that come out. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this pest control company in Springfield! From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, friendly, and responsive. They scheduled me quickly and showed up exactly on time something I really appreciate. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He thoroughly inspected the property, identified the issue right away (in our case, ants and a few spiders), and treated it effectively. He even gave us helpful tips on how to prevent future infestations.

I’m writing this review to be completely transparent about my experience with Mike, the owner of Buzz Pest Control. Although he was hired by the property management company, our phone conversation with him was extremely disappointing. His tone was rude, his attitude unprofessional, and overall, he did not demonstrate even the most basic level of professional communication skills. When dealing with something as serious as a potential mold issue, we expect to be treated with respect and have our concerns addressed with care and professionalism neither of which happened in this case.

I was not familiar with this company whatsoever but let me tell you I am beyond satisfied I had a very nice young man named Zack come over and has been treating my apartment for cockroaches and I could not be more happy with it he's extremely knowledgeable he told me where to look out for the bugs how to prevent them the things that I could do accompanied with him and his company so that we can both create a very satisfiable completion I cannot say enough about Zack he is the type of young man you want working for your company and the type of young man that you want going inside of stranger's houses because he's knowledgeable relatable and he's very respectful big big thumbs up for Zack

I’ve used several of our local pest control companies and I’ll say Buzz really delivers they have excellent customer service and do a thorough job. I live pest free for a fraction of the price.

Don't use this company everybody. We almost got ripped off of $1,200. We were smart enough to get a second opinion from a reputable company who said we didn't have "fungal spores"". Buzz should be ashamed of themselves. The receptionist is also very rude.

I have used Buzz for a few months now. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. Blake has provided us with excellent knowledge and does a great job, we seeing vast improvement. We had Lance come out and look at floor joists under the house it was good news. He also very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

Most every year I have an issue with ants in my house from Spring to Fall. I started having Buzz come out after getting a recommendation from a friend. Blake was my tech today and when he asked where he needed to concentrate, I realized I haven't seen an ant in some time. Thanks Blake and thaks Buzz!
