Scott is a great inspector in the Springfield area of SWMO! We consistently have clients choose to use him during their home buying and/or home selling process. His "physical" report of the home is extremely easy to understand and he comes from a place of education instead of using "scare tactics". He is thorough, punctual and affordable. His willingness to go above and beyond to provide stellar service for an already stressful situation is what makes him unique.
