The people I purchased my house from lied on the disclosure, so I recommend everyone get a pest inspection when purchasing a home. Their karma will get them. My house had roaches, mice, and brown recluse. The Antman along with the Brown Recluse Specialist have done an amazing job so far and I highly recommend both companies.

I have been using The Antman for a few years now. I used them at my last house, when I moved I started using them at current home. Everyone that works here are so nice, professional and helpful. They always get right back to me if I have questions or concerns. They are super fast with service calls and follow directions listed in my account. When we first got service the owner came out to spray. He is super nice and knows his bug killing capabilities. He has even made it out to my current home to do the service. The person that comes out as of lately is the "Antwoman" and she is great too. I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed an ant free life because of this company. Thank you for all you do.

I just love this company!! Their spray and gels work better than anyone else we've had! They are also very kind and treat you with respect and they just go above and beyond!! Today I had Tyler and he is just wonderful!! He answered all my questions and as I said before he went above and beyond especially since we've been having lots of spiders etc.

Ant Man is the Best Hands down! Called other Pest Control Companies, some very well known businesses in Springfield. They all wanted like year round treatment for 700.00! Ant Man did 1 application and I didn't have an ant for little over 2 years. Price was spot on! Thank you Ant Man.

Ryan was the person who came out to spray my house. He was very thorough and professional. He gave me instructions as to what to do if I saw any more activity and got every place in our home sprayed.

Antman has been providing excellent service for me for years now. Ryan did a great job today. Very thorough. Can't say enough good things about all the employees. Calvin and Keith are also great technicians. Wouldn't use anyone else. Haven't had to deal with ants and spiders in a long time. Well worth the money!

I had an appt. last week and no one showed. So I sent an email asking what happen they made another appt. for today at 10. 10 comes n goes no one here 10:15 still no one here. I sent an email asking if they were coming, they answered yes mam, 10:30 no one here. I sent an email asking what happen I had an appt. twice first time appt no show this time still not here. I suggested in my last email if they are running late why would they not call. Finally 10:40 doorbell rings. I go to my outside door to answer its antman. Ask the guy who he was in this co, he says I'm the big guy, I guess thinking that would intimidate me, my dogs are on patio barking like crazy I go to put them in an turn around and he has step from outside to inside my patio, he was not invited. I ask him what was going on, going through scenario he tells me they dont make appt. I said well I can show you an email that says 10am. He says if you read on there it says approximate time, at this point I knew he was going to argue with me, so I opened the door for him to leave, now remember he is on the inside my patio uninvited, finally I had to assist him to leave as he wanted to argue and I told him I'm not gonna argue about this so as he is finally walking down my steps his yelling we dont do appts for $25 only $99. I didnt engage but why oh why did they set an appt. Now about the first appt. that they no showed, he said o the other side of the park there is a 242 so I did the mobile home at the end. I know that can not be true as 242 is the first home on my street. Not sure where he was but he wasn't at 242. Complete lie..DO NOT USE THEM..was reading another review she had same problem, they told her they dont make appt by email...but she made one and I made two appt one no show and one very late rude and pushy guy. Besides he was suppose to spray the inside of my house now how the heck is he gonna spray inside if I'm not home and have an appt. The big guy as he calls himself has horrible customer service skills

I filled out an online service request, and followed up with a phone call. I got the answering machine, so I left a message. The next day, I received an email that said "Wednesday, 3:45 pm". Nothing else. No other details, contact info, not even a specific calendar date so I could plan accordingly. It was Monday, so I assumed the email was referring to the following Wednesday, so I left work early, waited at my house until 6:00 pm, and no one ever came. Will not be using this service again. Very unprofessional.
