They went out of their way to get someone here same day to look for the bat we had in the house. Doug was very friendly and thorough in his inspection. Luckily we did not have any evidence of additional bats in the house or attic. He did make sure to check the entire house for possible points if entry and got me a proposal to fix the issue and avoid this happening again. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.

The technician needed a vacuum to complete the job and he did not have one. That’s my only complaint. They did an excellent job.

I’m on Qtr visits from Rockpest. We had our visit today and he did a through house spray. Then outside went around the house twice with spray and some granular crystals and reloaded the traps on both sides of my home to poison any mice, etc. So far, we are happy with the applications and the company!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Rock Pest Control. We were convinced we had termites, so we called them for an inspection. They were able to come out the very same day, which was incredibly appreciated. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was seeing during the inspection. Instead of trying to sell us unnecessary treatment, he was honest and let us know there were no signs of termites. He identified the issue as carpenter ants and explained the difference, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It’s refreshing to find a company that values honesty and customer education over making a sale. Jordan is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about bat infestation. He comes across as very honest and competent. However, his visions and quote is far from from what his company can deliver. Initial contact tech was an hour late and did not deliver what was contracted a lot of mis communication (internally). Second contact even worst tech did not complete job but requested and received partial payment. This company over presents and under performs - Not sure where this ends up Job gets completed a day or two later by Alexander ( he did a great job) i pay him via check remaining balance and i get a virtual assistant text the next day about final payment. Wow is all i can say . Job was completed and final payment made as agreed and get the text next day - they have some internal communication that really needs addressing to the point i would say stay away from this company - good people, but internal stuff is hurting them.

Amazing! Definitely recommend this company. The customer service is prompt and we'll trained professional staff. They were tedious and quick and left mo messes. They vacuumed their path before leaving.
