Critter Control of Kansas City, MO

Calling a critter control company when never having to deal with critter control can be daunting. Dustin Jackson with Critter Control Specifically for bat 🦇 removal was referred to me from Medford Pest Control in Cameron, MO. We moved into our home in October of 2024 and it didn’t take long to know we had something in our attic. This was very daunting but man when I called Dustin I could not have been more pleased with his service. Dustin not only took before and after pictures but also patched up a couple areas I showed him and did not change me. He explained his process in great detail. Very communicative and detailed which I love. That fact that he showed me before and after pictures of his work was comforting. Anyone for a bat issue, I trust Dustin Jackson 100%

I had Critter Control come out and deal with a woodpecker. The agent was very knowledgeable and informed. He placed an application to dryer them from returning to holes and then returned a week later to patch some larger spots.

Excellent service and response from Critter Control of KC on the removal of a fair amount of bats we have in the attic. I worked with Colton who was excellent from the start. We needed to have Evergy come out and cut the power for one of the repairs and Colton did an excellent job making sure he could coordinate with when that worked with Evergy. Colton and his partner then spent the next few hours finishing the other repairs and we're currently waiting the 30 days or so for the bats to remove themeselves and seal everything up. 5 star recommend if you have any type of indoor critter issue.

I have dealt with Critter Control Kansas City and Jeff Archer's organization for years. Colton Mattson has been with them for a long time and is the one to service our zip code. Critter Control is timely, professional and efficient in taking care of any wildlife problem. Colton is outstanding in helping homeowners understand options for humane and successful evacuations and providing all the follow-up needed. He always goes above and beyond and I can't recommend him or this company enough!

After 5 years dealing with other companies not solving our intermittent mouse problem Colton at Critter Control solved it in 15 minutes. He was VERY good at his job and very solution focused. I highly recommend this company and they are also very fair with their pricing!!!! 5 stars !!

I was quoted one price and charged another. Kyle did not explain all of the charges.

They did a decent job of screening our attic from small brown bats, however we were told at the time of service that they would reinspected at the 2 year mark and would extend their warranty for a 3rd year. When I called to have our home re-inspected I was told their would be a heft charge for the service call. This is NOT what the invoice states, nor is that what we were told up front. Very dissappointed.

Critter Control misled us about what to expect from their services (omitting truths). The results were not what we wanted. Be honest and transparent with your customers! I will not hire them again, will tell friends/family we had a bad experience with them.

Too long of a wait time. Nice people to talk to but too long to wait to catch critters unfortunately.

Critter control should be ashamed of the disposal of wild life. They kill all the critters instead of releasing them back into the wild. As being part Native American this really makes me wonder what the hell you people are thinking. I will never call you to do a job and any traps I find with wildlife in it , it will be released and the trap destroyed. I sure hope you all can live with yourselves. ,

Colton exceeded our expectations but the office manager, Whitney, could use a Customer Service class on how to deal with customers. When you quote someone, in writing, it's typically good business to honor the rate you quoted. Instead, I received an aggressive and unprofessional email. Unfortunate as you have lost more than 1 customer!

They excessive charge to much to simply hand you a very large estimate for simple process. No help.

I find the service to be helpful but quite over priced.
