Update** I just used these guys again for termite treatment in the process of selling my home and they were very reasonably priced. I also forgot to mention how amazing Jordan is, he found the dead squirrel hidden in the beams of my basement within 5 mins when it had eluded other professionals and even my dogs! He also just did a great job providing the termite treatment. 10/10 could not recommend these guys enough. They were awesome to work with and had great customer service, everybody that I interacted with. I called a number of pest and Wildlife companies to help deal with a squirrel that got into my house, and the large majority of them were incredibly rude and hung up on me as soon as they figured out that I wasn't in their service area. In addition, the owner of one local pest removal companies was incredibly rude to me and got me confused with another customer and "canceled" my appointment because he thought I was calling again. I was shocked in my search at the abysmal service I was given, but Titan was awesome the entire time. Every service provider who came out was kind and professional and got the job done as quick as they could. And Joy was truly a joy to work with, very patient and helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as possible.

Jordan came out to ensure that our house was secure and bat free after we found a few in our living room! (We identified where they got in and plugged the access points but needed the peace of mind that they weren’t nesting anywhere or have another entrance). He was prompt and communicated efficiently throughout the process and I can rest easier now knowing there’s no bat friends flying around our living space and pup! Most other companies quoted us upwards of 100$ for an inspection; Titan gave us a free one and made it count. Thanks again!

I would use no other than this company. We had a small bat problem on our back deck. Joshua went up the roof and found that they were getting in by the gutters. Jordan was good to work with in following up on a previous issue. He was timely and answered questions. Kris was responsive to our concerns and made contact making sure appointment details were clear and understood between both of us. So far, the treatment seems to be working as it has been only a few days.

One of their servicemen was supposed to come service my house yesterday and never showed. He was supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. He did not …then sent an email that said he showed up he did not. I was home. I have contacted Titan 5 times to have someone else come back out and no one is helping. EDITED: They did send him back the very next day and I have changed my review.

I hired Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions for a black snake in my attic issue. The services I signed up for and what was outlined in my agreement, is they would seal the hole where they snake entered and granules would be spread around the perimeter of my fence and the foundation of my home. The day of my appointment, the technician is spraying a liquid, which to me appeared to be nothing more than regular pest control spray. When I questioned the technician about the granules, he explained how granules work. But I pointed out to him, that's not the question, but moreso why aren't you using the granules as listed in my agreement. He stumbled through his answer. And wouldn't you know that he did my completed services write up that was emailed over to me, he attempted to rewrite the description of work to read "Liquid Granules. Come on now, please don't insult my intelligence. Once I received the electronic invoice, and I replied with my concerns by stating the aforementioned. I received this response from Khristia: "We understand your concerns regarding the treatment method referenced in the agreement compared to the service performed. We have received your message and will review the agreement details, service notes, and treatment information with our team. We’ll get back to you shortly once we’ve completed our review and have more information to provide." That was on Tuesday, May 12th. As of May 27th, the only response I've received from them, was emails about my overdue balance of $250. I reached back out to them, noting that I never received a response to address my concerns or even assure me that the liquid used, was in fact a snake repellent. My follow up email to Titan was sent at 9:18 am on May 27th. As of the day of this review, June 2nd, no one has acknowledged or responded to my email, sent a text, or attempted to call. I paid the invoice last week on the same day they issued me the multiple past due notices. I made sure to note that I would also be posting a review. So here it is. I will NEVER use them again....for anything.

I originally called them for a second opinion on a termite issue. Joy called me back within 5 minutes to get my info. Jordan came by on time, checked everything out, and said I didn’t really have any activity. They set up a date to add preventative bait stations. Joy was patient enough to answer all my questions about their periodic pest control service, and give me all the information I wanted.
