Ely is knowledgeable and thorough. Very kind and patient and he doesn't make me feel uncomfortable coming into my house. Ely is friendly and businesslike while doing his job. I would highly recommend Ely if you're needing pest control.....just call Bulwark!

Been using them for a few years now. I do always get the same guy not sure if he has moved up or is in a different area and he was amazing with ensuring our garage is always checked for the traps he placed. But the new guy seems nice. Always a nice experience and on time!

Ely Johnson always does phenomenal work for us! We live out in the country where pests are always trying to get into the house. Ever since Ely started servicing our home, I haven't seen a single insect inside my house. He's also removed multiple hornets nests over the last couple of years, and he always remembers to close the gate before he leaves so my dog doesn't get out! Ely is an amazing professional and he deserves a raise!!!

We LOVE Bulwark! After experiencing some other companies, these guys are by far the most honest, attentive and reasonable we have come across. Great communication. They always text 20 min ahead of showing up so you know when to expect them. Highly recommend! Paul was very thorough and explained the carpenter ants and rodents patterns for me in our backyard. He blended a special treatment specifically for the carpenter ants (be extra charge) and gave recommendations on how to detract the rodent population from camping out around our house.

As someone that wanted to be become a customer because I've heard of the great service they supposedly do. I have had a totally different experience i am very unpleased with how they handled everything stating that at the address I used to sign up and start service online already had an account at that address with my name and phone number and theres a past due amount Sense 2023 whicj os so not true first off i have never had an account with them second I just moved in there in Feb of this year not 2023 and the phone number I used to sign up I recently just got itwo weeks ago so everything they said wasn't true and basically saying I'm lying and they won't be able to service me they didn't believe anything I had to say well that not very professional just because the things I had stated are true vand they don't even listen to what I had to say. I will go to anyone and everyone about the horrible customer service I received.Do Not Come to this company they are very rude all the way around.

We did take the time to do an audit on<br>your account to see where things may have gone wrong and found that<br>you had opted out of text notifications and also replied via email to<br>a scheduled service back in September. We did remove and place you in<br>a cancellation status after receiving that reply. The account was<br>fully closed after speaking with you in December. Dishonest. Uses Groupon. Then on Groupon it says buy 2 more times. You book your appointment. You advise you have the Groupon. They know they have been to your house already. They show up to treat your house. Then now after they are done they want you to pay them $160 that you never agreed to because you told them you had a Groupon. You already paid Groupon. They then say you can only use Groupon 1 time a year. However, they knew you had the Groupon when it had not been a year. They said nothing. They also know you can't buy it 2 more times to use if you can only use 1 a year. Additionally, they expire in 90 days so you lose 1/2 the value. The list goes on and on. True fraud artistry at its finest. Be weary, especially if you are young. Horrid experience.

Groupon<br>should only require one purchase, not two or three purchases unless<br>they are for separate one-time treatments in a new year. After<br>performing a deep audit on the account we did find that on the initial<br>call, one of our representatives did inform you if you buy another<br>Groupon you could call in to apply it to the service. We have waived<br>the fee off the account bringing the balance to $0. When it came to<br>communication we dropped the ball, and would never purposely give false<br>information to a customer. Horrible company. Don't waste your time & money. They were suppose to spray my yard with repellant and inside my home as well, the product they are using is worthless and I am quite sure they are ripping customers off & using water. Since they came out I have found 4 dead mice in my garage. I am livid about their lack of adequte service, I plan to contact the better business bureau.

We don't want<br>anyone to feel like they aren't getting the full service they deserve.<br>Our industrial power sprayers can put down gallons of product in a<br>matter of minutes, allowing some of our more experienced service<br>professionals to get around the home quickly. We can assure you we are<br>not using water, as our products are listed on each service ticket<br>after service is performed. Dead rodents are also an indication that<br>the rodent control is working as intended. Although it is unpleasant<br>to see dead rodents, it is, unfortunately, impossible to control where<br>these rodents end up when they die - especially if the activity<br>originally came from the garage. I choose this place because of the reviews. Turns out they solicit good reviews by offering to “tip” the service tech after each and ever service. That’s really not that big of deal but highlights the fact that the reviews are not genuine. The bigger issue I have is they just aren’t that good. They just came a few weeks ago and I’m still seeing bugs all over the place lol…I really wish I would have went with a more professional company that was local. These guys are from some other state and are very sub par IMO…

I want to say the worker that’s came out was very nice, but we got burned 3 times with scheduling. And our ant problem (which is very small) was not resolved. Last time we had a scheduled appt we had moved a doctors appt to get someone out asap. We didn’t even get a call or anything until after the fact that no one was coming. My husband and I are both super understanding, but to not even give a warning and not show up is not professional. Im leaving two stars because the worker who serviced us was super nice, but the customer service outside of that needs communication and lots of work. I’m sorry doesn’t always cut it, you need make it right.
I am sure not everyone receives this experience but this was my experience with this company. Short synopsis; appointment is rescheduled by company twice, technician doesn't show up on day of appointment but states they'll show up another day, I call customer service to determine timeframe the tech will be arriving and they spend the next 30 minutes attempting to figure out the situation because their system shows the tech already treated the exterior but forgot the interior of home therefore rep schedules another appointment for interior of home for the following day, couple of hours later the tech arrives and treats the interior and exterior of home and states there is no communication between office staff and techs therefore they are not entirely aware of what goes on, notice the tech sprayed all of my security sensors and I had to remove all of them wipe them down and replace adhesive, it also seemed that he over sprayed as there was small puddles of treatment on all window sills, I call back to cancel the appointment rep scheduled for following day and they state there are future treatments scheduled which I never agreed on therefore she transfers me over to a manager and I spend another 30 min while she tries to convince to continue the service.

Called this company Last Thursday to come out to spray for my home. I called a few other companies that could had seen me earlier but decided to go with this one because of the reviews. On Thursday the gentlemen told me they could have someone out to ny home Tuesday that worked perfectly for me. Well today is Tuesday and guess what I'm no where on the schedule to be found! Talk to a lady she says that she can definitely get someone out to my home. An hour later I hear nothing so I call back. Talk to a nice lady that was not able to help but transferred me to a supervisor. Who says he does not know what happened but he can get me on the schedule for tomorrow... I've already waited till Tuesday if I could just keep pushing off you guys coming to help take care of bugs I wouldn't had called in the first. I am very disappointed in this company. I don't understand how u can get out with in 48 hours once I start your service but can't get anyone out on the day I was scheduled!
Had them come out and treat for ants. Week after had to call back as the ants became worse. Next treatment ants where worse after treating called to set up another follow treatment and then they no showed me on the retreat. There scheduling was all confusing on what days and times. Not a pleasant experience.
