Edgar continues to keep our home bug free, finding those hidden wasp nests that I can never find,

Jesse is always professional and friendly while doing a thorough job! He is even great with my dog and grandkids. He is knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and provide guidance. He helped with a cluster fly problem last fall and has kept my interior and exterior pest free ever since. He has treated for ants and spiders, removed mud dauber nests, unwanted bird nests, put out rodent boxes, and continues to treat monthly for mosquitoes and ticks which allows us to enjoy our outdoor space! I would definitely give him 5 stars and recommend to my friends and family.

Royshawn Taylor (Shawn) is the best! He thoroughly explains procedures, findings and solutions. He makes you feel comfortable, which makes you trust the process and the decision to invest your hard earned money with the company. Shawn 100% follows through with process. If the customer isn't pleased with results , he's not as well. I am so glad that he is my tech!

Jessie came to the house and was very professional and awsome to talk to. He let us know the process that he was doing before he did it. He made sure to us know when he finished his tasks and informed us of every next step. Its always an enjoyable visit when Jessie comes.

Shawn was professional and friendly. He came to my mom’s house and explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of the questions we had. He told my mom everything she needed to do on her part to help get rid of the bed bugs. He came in and worked quickly and professionally. My mom don’t have bed bugs anymore thanks to Shawn.

Terrible customer service!!!! they will lie to you about the plans, on top of this when I canceled my contact back in July it was never cancelled by the branch manager and continued to auto pay into Aug with a still very active contact! Once again I was lied to!

We have used Terminix for a couple of years now and it has been great the entire time. The team is always responsive and can usually come out and help within a couple days, sometimes same day. Our technician, Jesse, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, thorough, and easy to work with. I would recommend Terminix to anyone who is having an active issue or anyone that is looking to prevent any future issues. If you take advantage of promotions as they come up you can get more than reasonable pricing for monthly service as well.

The service Tech, Jesse was extremely professional and informative. He communicated about service dates, times, and details allowing us ample time to prepare. He explained the details of the service he provided and what to expect between the initial and follow-up appointments.
