Today, I transferred my pest control service to Miller Pest Control. They sent out Austin and James, and rarely am I impressed with service that I right a review but, Wow, I called their office and I’m writing a review. These two guys went above and beyond any kind of pest control service I have ever received as a homeowner of 45+ years!! I learned so many new things. They even treated my house plants. Terrible service. One of the only companies that “rents” bait stations, and terminate stations. Save yourself time and money. Use anyone else. Update: This response is a perfect example of why not to use this company. Every other company charges the same price for install. You guys remove them no one else does. Your model stinks. Your condescending response show the character of your company. Your company also did not manage the system professionally and frankly based of your contract and my camera system you didn’t fulfill your contract. Also you should start with being upfront with people instead of hiding it in your contract that it’s a rental people expect the industry standard services or better not less value. My bad for not reading every word of your contract and letting you pull one over on me. Keep blaming your customer’s thats definitely a good business model. 👎🏻

I just called to ask about a service provided and if they had the product on hand to provide the service. Susan told me no they did not have the product to give out but, to use as a service. I explained I needed the service. She then asked where I was seeing the issue because I was very specific in what I needed done. I once again asked if she could get the service done and she then changed her mind and said no they didn’t provide the service so. Don’t call for commercial jobs because they don’t provide the service but have the product?! Very confusing.

Shady business practices they take your money but never contact you for service so you pay for literally nothing and they tell you tough shit we’ll take your money out of your account without your consent terrible customer service and terrible billing department the technicians are wonderful Kent went above and beyond to fully service our property he was very mindful of all rooms and all areas outside he was very professional and respectful highly recommend

Tried to get pricing and they refused unless I gave them my address first. I asked why they said they needed to know how big of an area they were serving. I gave them the SQ and they still refused. Told them I don't trust them and to have a good day. Why would I give you my personal info unless I wanted to use your service???? Now I don't want your service

3/5/25 - I didn't want to write this, but... I bought their termite service. Ok. Fine. They installed the traps, etc. What they did NOT tell me is that this was only a rental! When they charged me a monthly fee (on top of the large install fee) as well, I was under the impression that meant they would be coming out monthly to check the traps. This is not the case. They only checked them after the 1st year was complete (I only knew they were coming to check because I received a text message - this did not give me notice enough to even open the locked back gate for them)... THEN, EVEN THOUGH the sales person did NOT explain they would continue to charge me a monthly fee every year thereafter (I thought it was just for the first year). Not only did they continue charging me for absolutely no actual service (apparently that's a never ending rental fee).. they did not find any sign of the termites in the traps when they checked! How is that even possible when I had clear termite damage to my front entry and door AND live termites under the stepping stones in my back yard!? How do I even know their system did it's job!!?? 3/6/25 - In reply to Miller's response... did you EVEN read what I wrote? I was complaining about the TERMITE service and lack of proper explanation of services. I never said ANYTHING about CARPET BEETLES or CLOTHES MOTHS - I never had treatment for those. Only TERMITES.

I never knew he was going to be here and I never spoke to him. I was not notified that anyone would be here today as I have requested before prior to service. I’m extremely disappointed in this company. I will not refer Miller Pest to anyone. I will be canceling at the end of my contract. Please do not contact me.

Was told my agreement was cancelable at anytime. They charged me $250 to cancel my contract. I was not only lied to but the service was horrible. Essentially they charged me $750 to come do service like 4 times. Definitely not worth $187.50 per service. The other times they came to do work they never called so they just did the outside completely ignoring the inside of the home.

Quality work and quality people. This was my old review. After 2 years, not so much. The techs started off fairly well but devolved into lazy and incompetents. I got stuck into a 2 year agreement for termite baits (that they never check) and just rode it out the final year rather than pay the ridiculous termination fee. I'll never use this company again. So ineffectual I had to sleep with a bug zapper in my room. Not even an exaggeration. Spraying with store-bought killer did more in 1 day than this company did in a year and a half.
