Tim was amazing and super informative and gave us the information we needed to hear to help us reduce our anxiety when we found the bugs. He walked us through the whole process and preparation leading up to the treatment. Totally recommend you talk to these guys if you’re needing a treatment!!

Shout out to Thomas White he is on it!! Called to schedule Roach Clean Outs. And with in 5 mins he had my tech called the units scheduled and a prep sheet sent. Love that kind of quick turn around! Bravo give this man a raise!!! I do not have the time to wait for hours and days for vendors to return calls or emails. So this is what I look for everytime someone that handles business expeditiously!!! 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kirby from SOS Pest Control came out to service our shopping center today. Even though I’m just a tenant, he took the time to answer my many questions about the ants we’ve been seeing. He explained that the outside treatment would help inside too and even offered to spray around inside of my space. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn’t accept it — very professional and courteous. I also really appreciated how quickly I was able to talk to someone local on the phone when I called to make an inspection and how they worked with their schedule to get someone out as quickly as possible to my house. Highly recommended. Tenants moved out and left a severe bedbug infestation in my rental house. I am so grateful I found this company. They were very professional and responsive throughout this ordeal. They did multiple heat treatments and also chemical treatments over several months. I paid one price up front to get rid of the bedbugs. They also did free rechecks to make sure the bedbugs were completely gone. 4 months later and we are bedbug free. :) Huge thanks to SOS (Pat and crew).

Excellent service

If I could give 0 stars I would. My apartment complex uses them for pest control and they are not being helpful at all. There are bed bugs in my unit and they initially came out and said there were bugs and then 3 days later claimed they never saw evidence of bugs. They were supposed to come back and reinspect, almost 3 weeks after I noticed the office of the infestation, and they decided to not come back today ? Extremely confusing and very unprofessional to constantly be given the run around and for them to not show up and do their job. My unit was also supposed to be treated for roaches and they just straight up never came to treat. Would not recommend to anybody, nobody should have to deal with this and the fact that I keep getting the run around is disappointing. Nobody wants to share a home with bugs, I thought they would help but they honestly disappointed me with their behavior.
