I'm very disappointed I have to rate this service even one star. I called the scheduling company to have a home inspection completed. It was scheduled for last Saturday. No one showed. I called the scheduling company and they told me they would have the supervisor call me. He never called. I received a text on Tuesday asking if I still needed the inspection. I scheduled another appointment for this Saturday. This appointment was missed as well. I called again and was told they attempted contact

Terrible customer service!! I called last week to set up service. The rep Constantino, kept putting me on hold saying that he was trying to reach someone (no worries, I understood). He had me on hold for a while, again, I understand. He comes back on to tell me that he can't reach whomever he was trying to reach and someone will call me back within 48 hours. No one ever called. I called yesterday 5/3, to follow-up and see what happened. There was no record of anyone to call me and no service was

Tried to get them out for a quote on a house I just bought. The service tech never showed up and the representative who was texting me appointment information never responded when I asked if they were coming. I waited hours and am on a pretty tight schedule. When I called the rep told me they had me scheduled for the 27th, he then transferred me without saying anything. Next lady said she couldn't see why I was rescheduled but could see I was rescheduled she then transferred me without notice. T
