Brandt was very efficient in taking care of the problem. He had a very difficult task dealing with an old house with lots of nooks and crannies. Very satisfied with the service he provided. We are so pleased this the service we received. Brandt was able to answer our questions and didn't make us feel judged in any way. Our tech was Anders and he was great! He was very thorough and confident in his work. He was professional and also kept me updated throughout the day. I can't explain the peace I got from getting this service done to our home. We pray we NEVER have to go through this again. BUT, *If* we ever do, I know who we will call. Thank you doesn't even feel like enough.

Our renters got bedbugs and our local exterminator (Keokuk, Iowa) wasn't available. He strongly suggested we contact Midwest Bed Bug services and we're glad we did! They gave us all the information we needed, came quickly, and communicated clearly. We were glad to be able to kill all the bedbugs without using pesticides, as well, as the other renter in the building is allergic to them. Hopefully we will never need to call them again, but if we have a need, they are who we will call!
