I get John and he comes out and sprays inside and outside, very nice guy and I did research and this company is very affordable compared to other companies and I have never had an issue with ants until its spring. I will keep using them.

Cole returned after initial treatment as the garage had been cleaned out and could get better coverage. He was thorough and climbed into the attic to check the mouse activity and having found some replenished and put out traps. Explained the next time they came out they would look for holes where they could get in and try to block those. Did not want to do that now as then they couldn’t get back outside to get water like they would normally do. I appreciated the explanation and hope we can get these critters out of there. They belong in the woods, not in the attic or the house.:) thank you Cole.

We've had Nature Shield for almost a year now and cannot complain! We hardly ever have any bugs because of quarterly maintenance. Tuff did our most recent service; he was great and politely had no problem taking his shoes off when spraying inside. I always appreciate anybody that wears shoe covers or is comfortable taking their shoes off since we do not wear outside shoes in our home. Thank you to Tuff and Nature Shield for being so great!
