All of the agents are polite. However, we had recently bought the house and had them come out to spray for bugs and the house already had termite stations With rotler from the previous owner. Several areas were missed when serviced Except for the last service. Termite stations were not checked and I was informed that they were not completely finished being set up in their system. I am very disappointed in my experience with Rottler. The first time they came out it was awesome. Paid the higher amount for the first visit. It was effective and the guy was nice. But ever since then, I have not been able to get them to service my place for the life of me. Emails, phone calls, texts, they're all met with a "I'll follow up with x and get back to you," then they never do. I’m very disappointed in this company. Very dishonest. They tell you what you want to hear but they don’t back it up in their actions. Do not trust them with anything. If you do try and do business with them make sure every detail is clearly stated and in writing. Otherwise they will just keep putting you off and telling you lies. Do yourself a favor and just pick a different pest control company. There are decent ones out there. Just not this company.
