Evo has been great. Since I started using their regular service we haven’t seen any bugs. For their monthly price they even treat for rodents to keep your home pest free. Brandon did a great job and documented what he did by video for me.

Brandon was a great and came by on short notice to take care of our brown recluse problem! Even took the time to explain how to set up the traps. These guys do great work!

Larry and Evo Pest control did a great job on my property. They come out and respray in-between normal applications if needed, and with Japanese beetles... It's needed!

We have used this company for quarterly pest control service and pay monthly. During our most recent visit, the technician told us we did not need to go inside while he sprayed. My daycare children and my own children were outside playing at the time. After the children went inside, my husband and I were removing shoes near the doorway when the technician began spraying the wall approximately one foot away from us. The spray splashed onto our faces and into our eyes, ears, and mouths as well as my two year old daughter’s. Given that I operate an in-home daycare, this was very concerning. I immediately cleaned up and contacted the company to ask whether poison control guidance was necessary. I was told the product was “all natural” and that it was fine. There was no follow-up or apology. I later sent a direct message to report the incident and have not received a response in nine days. I understand accidents can happen, but spraying directly beside clients without warning, especially around children, and the lack of follow-up is disappointing. I hope the company improves technician safety protocols and communication going forward.

This is a great company who really cares about their customers and their experience with their service.They are really genuine in their desire to please their customers. I have not had any pest problems since starting their services and I live right next to a large hayfield with lots of bugs. Their service technicians who perform their services are kind and genuine and also provide a video of their routine services. I feel they are trustworthy and honest.

Evo was very informative on my pest control issues I was having. They were quick to get me on the schedule and taken care of. Brandon was very friendly and professional while he was here! 10/10 service, glad to be a customer.

Crooks. Don't show up when they're supposed to. When asked to cancel. Wanted to charge me a $330 cancellation fee when they haven't showed up to my house in over 6 months. Continue to charge my card monthly. After asking for cancellation. Try to send strangers to my home when I went over. Not wanting anybody but one person coming to my house. This whole operation has been a complete scam.

Brandon came by and sprayed the interior of our house. Upstairs, basement, and garage. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also set us up with a trap for the chipmunks building a metropolis beneath our driveway. Another great experience with this company! Would recommend! Just a follow-up from 10-27-25. Service continues to be excellent. Brandon is very thorough and does a great job with his videos explaining what he did.

Do not recommend this company. You pay a monthly fee, get serviced every 3 months and we have had to have them reservice our property every single time they come due to bugs still being alive and comfortable.

Update on initial review: We have had ongoing issues with Evo Pest Control and cannot recommend this company. Our initial service was ineffective, and the reservice did not resolve the ant problem. Despite their advertised 48-hour reservice guarantee, we were told it would be two weeks before they could return, and requests for an earlier appointment were either denied or ignored. On top of that, after their treatments, we now have a spider problem that we did not have before. We also had a scheduled appointment where no one showed up. When we tried to cancel due to the poor service, we were told we would need to pay a $300 cancellation fee. After disputing charges with our credit card company, Evo continued billing us under different business names (Missouri Pest Control and Evo Pest Control). The owner, Ian, initially reached out, but after we explained that we wanted to cancel without penalty, our messages were ignored. Their claims of 24/7 customer service and a 48-hour retreatment guarantee have not been honored. We are currently being charged for services that have not been scheduled or provided. Instead of solving our pest issues, this company has created more problems and has been unprofessional throughout the entire process. Save yourself the stress — avoid Evo Pest Control. First review: Poor communication and unreliable service. We signed up for ongoing pest control, but when we needed a re-treatment due to continued pest issues, the company failed to respond to multiple requests. Despite their website claiming they offer service within 48 hours, they did not follow through or even acknowledge our messages. The lack of communication and failure to meet their own service guarantees made it clear we couldn't rely on them. We ended up canceling our membership due to the poor experience. Very disappointing.

Both Brandon, and Larry have been very helpful in controling the pests on my property. Highly recommend their services.

A salesman came to our door at 9 pm at night to try to get us to buy the service I think that is highly unprofessional. He then tried to tell my husband he knew more then him about bugs and wanted to kill all the bugs that pollinate plants like ants,bees. Also tried to tell my husband muddabbers sting they do not they do not have singers,wasps have the stingers!!! He kept trying to push the services on us after we told him NO I feel one NO should of been enough but it took 5 NO that again is VERY INPROFESSIONAL !!!

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the representatives. After providing a quote and asking if I’d like to use the services. I said we weren’t interested. He wouldn’t take “no” for an answer and kept pressuring me and trying to make me feel guilty. I kept saying “no” and I got annoyed that he wouldn’t listened to what I wanted or said! I would not want to work with a company that doesn’t listen to the customer and badgers them into a service.

Was visited, unsolicited, by a salesperson at my home, tonight. I kept politely telling him I was not interested in their service at the moment and that I wanted to do research first and didn’t want to make a decision on the spot. He would not respect my answer and kept pressing and pressing me to have the work done. He continued to press after I had said no multiple times. He simply would not take no for an answer and I was forced to shut the door in his face. Under no circumstances will I ever do business with a company that has aggressive sales tactics like this. Disgusting and unethical. Do business with any pest control place other than this.

This business appears to be a scam. If you click on all of the 200+ people who have reviewed this business in the past month, you will see none of them live anywhere near Columbia, MO. We have been visited twice (unsolicited) by a salesperson purporting to work for this company. He claimed this is a local company. I would steer clear.
