Recently had a wolf spider in the house and reached out to Eric. Not only did he reassure me that they are not venomous, but he also promptly came over and sprayed again to help ward off the fall invasion of insects. This did not cost extra and is considered a standard part of my service. I have had nothing but issues with contractors, home repair, and maintenance people, but Eric has ALWAYS been responsive and prompt. I strongly recommend him to anyone.

I had high hopes for this company based on the positive reviews we had heard, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Initially, we were impressed with Eric's prompt response and great service during the estimate process. However, as the project got underway, several issues arose that left us feeling disappointed. One major concern was the lack of attention to detail when it came to assessing the property for potential obstacles like power, gas, cable, and water lines. It became apparent that our property had not been properly surveyed for these crucial considerations. What bothered us even more was the difference in how Eric treated my wife compared to me during the estimate process. It's disheartening to witness a business owner show such disparity in their interactions based on gender. As the project continued, things took a turn for the worse. The team's lack of care and the quality of craftsmanship were sadly lacking. In the process of installing an irrigation system, they accidentally cut our internet cable, which caused a significant loss of revenue for us as both my wife and I work remotely. Eric's response to this issue left much to be desired, and it seemed as though he did not take the matter seriously enough. Furthermore, after the project was completed, it was evident that Eric and his team had not properly backfilled the area under the pipes they had laid. This is a critical oversight when dealing with PVC pipes underground, as they require proper support to prevent future problems. To make matters worse, Eric's follow-up on the commitments he made during the estimate process has been lacking. This is a significant letdown, as we selected this company based on the promises and words he had sold us on. In the end, our experience with this company was not what we had hoped for, and we're disappointed that the quality of service and attention to detail did not meet our expectations. We hope that future customers have a better experience and receive the level of care and service they deserve.

Eric does a great job and has great service. Have not had any problems since I started using Preferred Pest Management. Always flexible with my schedule and on time. Also, they offer great lawn services and installed a great irrigation system for my yard.
