Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed to be treated like this when I was only trying to get an issues resolved.

The technicians were very helpful. The management something else. If you have a problem they are not very helpful. Would not recommend them.

I called during business hours but didn't get an immediate response. However, the front desk returned my call within a few minutes. I could hear a child crying in the background, which seemed unprofessional. I explained that I wanted to prepare for the appointment by clearing out obsolete items and cleaning if necessary. The receptionist seemed impatient and kept repeating, "Sir, the on-site technician will inspect and inform you tomorrow." I was trying to be helpful by offering to prepare in advance, but it appears they are indifferent to their customers' goodwill.

I was very disappointed in the service I recently received from Guarantee Pest Control. The technician did not bring a pest bomb for my attic or pest traps for my garage. However, I was charged full price. Also the technician did not follow covid 19 guidelines and wear a mask. He did not wear any shoe covers inside my house. Although I have used Guarantee Pest Control for many years, I doubt I will use them in the future.

they did spray my yard for mosquitoes, it doesn’t work. than they did not care it.

The gentleman who sprayed my apt first of all got the wrong place. I never asked for anyone to come spray my apt. Second, there are puddles of bug spray on my floor (pics to prove it) and I have an 11 month old baby that likes to crawl around. He told my daughter he spoke to me but he never once verified the name or address he was at. So angry right now because now I am inconvenienced to take my grandson out until everything dries, to include my carpet!!!!! 😡😡
