When we moved we were looking for a place that could spray outside to get rid of the stink bugs and found opc the customer service was great Spencer was the man they sent out her was very nice even explained to me what he was doing and if it would hurt my kids or animals I would definitely recommend them to anyone

The service is pleasent the mans name was Spencer he was very polite and courteous would definitely recommend to others

OPC replaced the seals on my garage doors to keep pests out. They did an amazing job!!! I was so pleased with their technicians and their work. I highly recommend them.

This team is awesome. We had a "problem" and the team at OPC created a plan and were able to service the property within days. They did a fantastic job. The team was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for pest services, and even very specific pest services!

Ever since the new company took over customer service has been horrible. No answers the phone. Technicians lie about contacting us prior to arriving. Never happened with Toby’s. We have switched companies never going back

Pros: The techs who came to the house were professional and kind. Cons: Beware! Pay attention to the first visit before you sign. The $179.00 visit should guarantee the ants are taken care of. (Walked around and sprayed outside.) If they come back 2 weeks later because they didn't complete, it's another $79.00. I'm very unhappy with the service provided and wanted to share my experience.

Their billing department is horrible! Have kept billing me for a service I had already paid for (provided check number, etc). Asked for them to send someone to my home to rectify problem. Nothing.

Customer for past 12 years. Since company sold service has dropped considerably!! Leaving for another company.

I cancelled the service because I told them that even after they sprayed there were wasps in my baby’s room and they told me to use a fly swatter. They did not care at all! Then they still charged me for another month even though I cancelled and they never came back. Do not use this company!

Service started out great. Then it went downhill. I have a monthly service. No one bothered to explain to me how the billing worked. No one explained to me when they would be coming out. After wondering, I had to call several times to figure this out. I was told an initial date on when they would come out for the services. When they didn't show up for the services, they scheduled another date and didn't even bother showing up for that date either.

You get what you pay for with this company. Overall lazy and poor service. Every time they sprayed my apartment they finished in less than a minute. Never spraying along each wall and rarely spraying the home perimeter. Only willing to spray the kitchen and bathroom. If I could catch them I asked for bug bait and traps. They always handed me the traps to set up and put out myself. Each time they sprayed they only stirred up the bug problem and made it worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not worth the time or money to hire this company!

I will be calling back Monday for a full refund waste of my money literally did my house in a matter of 10-15 mins I can take care of the problem better I just needed an extra help but that 100 that I just paid today I can buy things to take better care of my problem this place was recommended to me I truly expected a better job!! I'm sorry I had to make him wait cuz one of the doors was locked but this will not solve my problem if it's going to be done the way it's done!!
