As of right now, I would absolutely recommend Black Diamond for pest control. We had some confusion that was very frustrating and Kaycee took care of all my concerns and offered reasonable solutions to every concern I had. She is truly an asset to your company and I hope and pray we you guys give her a raise on a regular basis. She could give classes on great customer service.

Larry did an excellent job! He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and made sure we felt comfortable. I truly appreciate how helpful and respectful he was. Great customer service I would definitely recommend him to others!
