We are thrilled they are able to help us get rid of our pest issues along with prevention! They use pet and children safe products! Id give more than 5 stars if I could!!

HomePro came out to take care of mice in the house I just moved into. They were efficient and professional. Too soon to say whether I'm mice-free or not but I have every expectation that they did a thorough job plus they include a 30-day recheck in the pricing.

These is an A team! We had the privilege of meeting Curtis and Dom, they work as a great team. Had perfect customer service, lots of knowledge and answered all our questions. They gave us a break down of our service plan, we set them to come see us quarterly. We really enjoyed their service and will defiantly recommend them to anyone looking.

I spoke with Ted over the phone and he was very helpful with scheduling and information. Our tech was Curtis and he was phenomenal. Very informative and knowledgeable. Polite and professional. I will 1000% recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem. My biggest concern was the fact we have 3 cats and I didn't want anything that would harm them. Nope. They use pet safe chemicals and processes that will cause no harm to us or them. I am absolutely confident that we will do business with Home Pro Peat Control for any and all pest control needs. Tech was nice but "in a hurry" because he was 4 hours late getting here which wasn't terrible but he couldn't answer any of my questions about cluster flies. Sprayed around my windows inside with an aerosol can. We looked up what he sprayed inside and outside and neither was specifically for cluster flies. We could've purchased the products he used online ourselves. We feel taken advantage of, but we learned a lesson.

Ted, Dominic, Ontario and Curt were all very kind and did a great job with all my pest needs. I would recommend them.

Initial call answered by Ted quickly and all my questions about wasp and carpenter ants plus the company and other pest control were answered directly and fully. Very satisfied, I accepted quarterly treatments and an appointment was promptly set for first visit. The Tech, Ontario, was prompt and prepared. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He was attentive as we discussed my issues and pest control needs. He pleasantly answered my questions and explained the treatment process as he applied the treatment. We talked about treating the wasp nesting in an enclosed area behind an eave and the carpenter ant recently found. I was happy with his knowledge and work. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I'm very happy with their service. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to return calls and get out to help and have helped us with wasps, browns, and whatever other issues we've had. Great service all the way around.

Curtis is excellent at his job. He thoroughly went through our condo and explained everything. He is very professional and worked to ensure our place was properly sealed and treated. He even traveled nearly 2 hours to serve us. Very much appreciate his help and work!

Curtis was professional and curtious and very easy to deal with. My issue is 6 weeks go Home Pro Pest Control inspected a house we had under contract for $70. Due to other inspections that deal fell through. They inspected a house we have under contract last week and charged $150. How could there be such a price jump in that length of time. We were thinking about going under contract with them but not sure now?

I requested by calling Ted the manager to have a technician come at 9 30 the guy arrived at my home at 8:50 o had just got out of the shower.ted didn't tell the bug technician to come at 9 30. He never changed the time like he said he would do

No explanation of much detailed. One bottle 5 mins. These guys are scammers it doesn’t work.
