Just called to try to get someone to come help me with our newly found mice problem. The person I called asked me how many entry points my house had. When I told her how many entrances their are in my house she corrected me and said "mice do not use doors do go in and out of your house they use walls and other crevices". I asked her why she even asked me that question then and what information she was looking for. She then said that "every other service provider you call will say the same thing". I asked her if I could get a quote for how much the job the would cost and she told me that she couldnt tell me over the phone and every job is a different cost but a service provider can tell you in person. At that point I asked how much that would cost to get a service provider in my house and she said that would be free. Not sure why you wouldn't lead with that instead of asking a trick question. I hung up after she took some of my information beacuse I felt like their was no point to give money to this company and give the representative a sale.

Bret is always kind & helpful when he comes out to spray for my quarterly.. I had a rodent problem earlier part of the year.. it was coming from under my house and he did everything possible to make sure it stayed out.. I would most definitely choose Lookout Pest!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!
